 + 0 moreI called them in March to schedule a pool opening for the week of May 23rd. They never showed up nor called for the week of the 23rd. I called them. The man who answered was rude, and when the manager called me back that Friday, he gave me the old song and dance of his health and the weather, yada, yada. He said they would be out the next week and he would call. By Wednesday, I sent an email inquiring when that week they would be coming. They did not respond. I then had my husband call, and the manager, Jon, said they would be there. either Thursday or Friday. It is now Sunday they did not call nor show up. My husband and I spent six hours opening the pool ourselves. Ridiculous....
Description of Work: Over the last two years with this pool company we have spent about 15 thousand dollars. Yet, they never show up on time, and make promises of completing the work they do not keep. I am disappointed and I will never refer them to anyone, nor use them myself. A promise of cheaper is not always better......

 + -1 moreThey would tell you they would be here and they were not and were never on time. The store manager who would come and do some work had always been drinking before hand. They billed me for services but they didn't do it for several months, and then would call me and bug me about paying the bill. He also lied and made a note on the bill that said that I had been late in paying it.
Description of Work: Atlantis Pools & Spas came and did a Pool Open for me.
