Anderson Construction

He came out and did not finish the work, stopped the process in the middle of the job. He is someone to stay away from, he does not have the credintials to be working. He is not to be trusted.

I had requested estimates from 3 builders, and Anderson's seemed fair compared to the others. We chose Anderson because Eric understood what we wanted and had really great design ideas. He also seemed to have a lot of positive energy for the project, and his communication was prompt and frequent. They built a 15x17 foot cedar pergola, attached to the roof. Total cost of the project for us was about $5300, which included lumber, labor, and other materials. Eric was willing to find ways to keep costs down, for example, by using some materials that were left over from a different job. It took them 5 days to install. While they were at the house they were contentious, and they left the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived! I expressed concern over any possible leaks in the roof, but Eric assured me he guarantees the work. Eric obviously takes pride in his work, and we could not be happier with the way it turned out. The pergola is EXACTLY what I had envisioned. I am glad we found Anderson and will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.
