They showed up on time, and completed the work in about 45-50 minutes. It looks great and the smell is gone. I'll definitely hire them again!

We've used All Pro for carpet cleaning as well as duct cleaning. They are reasonable and do quality work. Ben and staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to water damage and restoration. Due to water damage, we had to install new flooring. Ben assisted us with the restoration process. He also has a beautiful showroom of new flooring. We've purchased carpet for our living room, halls and 2 bedrooms and vinyl plank tiles for our foyer, kitchen and laundry area. We're very pleased with our results!

I've always used All-Pro Floor Care for quality of service are price. But this time I did not think they could clean spilled red nail polish that we had tried to clean but was not successful. Not only did they get that clean, but they made this 20 year old carpet look new. WOW! I will never use anyone else except All Pro Floor Care!

They did a great job cleaning carpets in several rooms of our house. Very professional. We also used their services to clean our dryer vents. Everything worked out very well.

The staff at All-Pro did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. They feel and smell cleaner than they ever have. I also had them clean my ducts as I have really bad seasonal allergies. Not only is my air vent blowing more air out than ever before, I can actually breath in my home comfortably. They were very professional and affordable.

After the carpet dried we saw several areas that were darker than the rest due to the fact that they were not as clean. We called to report the problem (a Thursday) and were told we would have to wait until Monday to get someone out to look at it. 5 days of a room we cannot use! We'll see what happens on Monday.

On time, friendly staff, however, duct work cleaning was a big waste of money. Clogged up furnace filter. Dust in home worse than ever. Directly asked on phone whether this would break staff up in duct work.

I left the key for them to do the carpet cleaning as I was gone at work. THey came in, cleaned the carpets, and when I got home, it was like fairies had cleaned my carpet! I compared it to a section of carpet I had not requested them to do(that I planned on taking out) and there was a huge difference! Payment was easy over the phone.

The technician was excellent. He showed up at the appointed time, introduced himself, came in to survey where he would be cleaning, and got to work. I truly feel that they are conscientious, hard-working and care about the end result of their job. My carpets not only look cleaner, they feel cleaner.

I hired All Pro Floor Care based upon the reviews in Angie's list. They were above and beyond what others said in Angie's Listl When they couldn't come the day I wanted, the receptionist called me back and said she had gotten permission from the owner to bring in another service man so they could accommodate my request. The day of the cleaning, he was running late and I got a phone call to that affect. No problem. He came in about 15 minutes after the scheduled time, looked at the area needing cleaning and got to work. When he was finished I commented that it looked good, but freshly cleaned, still damp carpet always looks good. Was I wrong! Two weekends later, I am still amazed at how well he cleaned the carpet! On top if this, I received a thank you note from the owner expressing his gratitude for my business. I'm calling them back to clean more carpets and my bathroom tile. I can't wait.

All-Pro Floor Care did an excellent job. They're very friendly and very professional. They did a great job. I felt their prices for cleaning my office building was very good, but I thought the price for cleaning my home was a little high.
