Description of Work: I used Adams for pest control services. They came and did the termite barrier in the ground around the house. They wrote a five-year warranty for it.

+ -1 moreI have had a good experience with Adams in the past. I called again for new pests and got voice mail. I left a message and contact numbers but did not get a return call. I called back and spoke with a person who acknowledged having received my first message. I scheduled a time for inspection and treatmen t. I took time off of work to meet them and they did not show up. I called and got voice mail again, leaving a message in case I goofed on the time. I called again the next day, got voice mail again and left another message. I never did receive a return phone call.
