Normally I don't leave reviews for companies because never had the service provided that meets or exceeds my expectations. Elite Seamless Gutters takes pride in their work and I take pride in my home. I am so satisfied that I encourage anyone that wants to see the quality of their work to drive by my home, stop, ask me any questions you would like. How many people could say that about a company, quality of work, professionalism or have this much pride with work done to a home. My address is 1707 Coalville Rd, Streator, Illinois. I would be happy to walk anyone around the property and show them exactly what was done and answer any questions. Elite Seamless Gutters, listen to every concern I had, addressed the problems I had with home, devised a plan, and they delivered on everything they said they would and exceeded my expectations. When workers arrived, I asked the employees if they minded if I watched, asked questions, and take pictures along the way. None of the employees minded and actually encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted. For the first two days, I spent all my time around the employees, watching, learning, and asking many questions. The employees were more than happy to answer all my questions, address concerns, and I learned a lot from watching as well. Knowledge; this company has the most professional workers I have ever encountered. They custom build most all, and the work they do is to the customer 100% satisfaction. Now, at first, I found that a little hard to believe. However; there was a mistake made toward the beginning. Without losing any work time, they got on phone made some calls and had all the proper color materials onsite in less than two hours. I said to one of the workers; good thing I noticed early otherwise I would have been stuck with white. Multiple workers, said nope; even if they had to tear everything down and start over it would be no problem at all. Customer satisfaction is number one concern so tearing down and starting over would not be a problem with them or company, because that is their policy. One other thing; they will not leave a job until the customers says they are happy with all the work, have no concerns, and everything completed to their satisfaction. I had a pretty big job that required a lot of work. While they were working on my home, I addressed maybe three things I would like done or added. When I addressed this with the workers; they just said yes, we can do that no problem at all. The workers are very accommodating to any of your needs. I will mention, items I mentioned were reasonable not outrageous. Wow, just don't see this from contractors. This truly is one of the best companies in the state and I give my highest endorsement for Elite Seamless Gutters out of Spring Valley, Illinois. The owner’s name is John French. Just a great guy to speak with. I needed a company that could look at my roof, replace gutters with seamless gutters, replace soffit, facet, redo windows doors, garage door and install new underground downspouts in a short time. This company does with says it will do. Stands behind its work, and completes work to the customers satisfaction. They are a one stop shopping for all your needs. Elite Seamless Gutters also does tree services, all areas of roofing, windows, doors, barns, garages, and just about anything else you need done to a home. Nice to have a company that cares about military service members, retirees and disabled veterans. They take great pride in serving those who served. Every single worker you can expect the highest quality of work and true professionalism. As a retired military and disabled veteran, I am proud of the work completed on my home, proud to show anyone and give my highest recommendations to Elite Seamless Gutters, Spring Valley Illinois location.

Great customer service, guys who put up my gutters were efficient and very friendly, answered any and all my questions. Malaki was friendly and did a great job. All the guys were great!!

Elite seamless gutters does absolutely amazing work. They are very professional and courteous from the owner to the employees. They are all very knowledgeable and hard-working. They show up early get to work and get the job done. They do a great job cleaning up everything once the job has been completed, I will definitely be hiring them again in the future

Elite Seamless Gutters, Inc., of Spring Valley, Illinois, exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They recently completed replacing our roof, soffit, fascia and gutters, including gutter guards. It was a large job, involving adding pitches to three flat roofs on our house and garage. They explained everything they were going to do. It looks great! Everyone that worked on this project was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and very professional. We are more than satisfied with the end product. It may have cost a little more than some companies would charge, but it is worth every penny.

From trimming up trees to power washing and staining deck, these workers are top notch!!! They are hard workers and take pride in their work! They are prompt, courteous and worked hard! They go above and beyond. If they see something else that needs to be done, they don’t hesitate to take care of it! It is refreshing to see professionals enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. They will be my “go to” for any future jobs!
