I asked for an estimate for the work and had an answer very promptly. I was notified prior to the work crew' sent arrival and knew when the work would be started. The crew was very professional and introduced themselves to me and told me what they would be doing and showed me the product they would be installing. Upon completion of the work, the crew left no extra material or debris behind. The work turned out great and I couldn't be happier with Elite Seamless Gutters, Inc.! House looks great!

It looks like it was factory made. They did a perfect installation. We are very pleased. I would use them again and recommend their service.

Crew showed up and we reviewed the work to be done and my expectations. Then they went to it. The crew was professional and courteous. The job was done quickly and looks great, all of my concerns were addressed. They did cleanup after they were done and did a fantastic job. Positively a five star job and experience.

I live in Rockford Illinois and we've been having a ton of rain lately, which led to us getting water in our basement. Our old gutters were leaking, weren't sloped properly, and the gutter covers we had on them didn't do a good job. Rain just poured over the edge. We found Elite Seamless Gutters, Inc on Angie's List and saw they had so many positive reviews. John personally came out and gave me an estimate to get it all replaced. He was very friendly and professional. He said his crew would be available to do the job the next day! The crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job. They were very friendly as well and accommodating. We had some spots on our roof that needed some metal work done to help water flow to the gutters properly. It looks terrific! They even added, free of charge, some downspouts that fold at the bottom so we don't trip over them and can mow easier. Plus they did a great job of cleaning up all the mess when they were done. We couldn't have asked for better service and nicer looking gutters. We now have the nicest gutters in the neighborhood. Some neighbors came over and asked the crew to come over to their house when they were done with my gutters and give them an estimate. They looked jealous! :) Thanks so much!

I want to Thank John French from Elite Seamless Gutter for his help this morning. . A portion of our roof was blown off of our home during a storm over a month or so ago. So… as you can figure, our quest to repair the roof began along with an insurance claim. Elite Seamless Gutters was one of the contractors we contacted. Shortly after the wind damage, an insurance adjuster came out... approved the roof on our house but left the garage untouched although it went through the same storm. It was also very hard to find a contractor to match the insurance adjuster’s price. Through our talks with John he suggested that we have an adjuster meet him at the job site because not enough was getting approved for a good quality job to be done. This morning John French met with an insurance adjuster and I at my house. In addition to the house roof being approved, John advocated on our behalf to achieve a much better arrangement with insurance. We are also getting a brand new roof on our garage, new gutters all around, new plywood for a safe and stronger support structure of our house roof, and a brand new 2 car overhead garage door within the same insurance claim. All of these were necessary repairs and we are very grateful for how John and his partner helped us get this arranged. The new total approved amount was approximately double that of the original insurance adjustment, and it was a very quick process for John and the Adjuster to come together on that. John stands out as an exceptional local contractor to help advocate quality approvals for insurance claims similar to what we have experienced. Our home was damaged in the Ottawa tornado of 2017. Our insurance company initially missed several items in their assessment of damages. The amount of money from our insurance company was not enough to repair our damages. John from Elite Seamless Gutters took the time to review and personally meet with a third adjuster. He was able to get our settlement amended so that we would have enough money to properly repair our home.

John from Elite Seamless Gutters worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure that my claim was complete and that all of the damage due to the tornado was being covered. His work with the adjuster caused my insurance company to increase the loss payout by 33%. I also know that my job was going to be done with quality materials that are more durable and will last longer than what my insurance company had specified. For instance, .044 vinyl siding rather than .040 siding. A more durable roofing shingle than what my insurance had specified. Other companies I had interview were than happy to put on the insurance suggested product for the same money. John took the time to make sure that the job would be done right and that it would last. When John's crew was finally able to begin working on my house, his roofing crew of Billy, Darrell and Rupert did a wonderful job of stripping, repairing the unforeseen damage to the decking and covering my roof. At all times they kept my roof protected even when threatened by rain. They even took time to remove a brick chimney for me and cover over the opening before roofing. After the roof was completed, two other men of John's crew, Steve and Brian began to work on the remainder of the exterior of my house. They treated my house as if it was their own. Both Steve and Brian are assets to Elite's reputation. Their attention to detail and hard work shows. The numerous little things that Steve did to ensure that the job is done neatly and correctly go above and beyond what I have seen with other renovation companies. Every day, following their day of work, they would take care to clean up their job site making sure that my residence didn't look like a dump even though we were in the middle of a renovation. Following the completion of work, the job site was entirely cleaned and my house looks great!

After receiving hail damage on our roof we were in search of a trustworthy contractor. After meeting John and researching his company Elite Seamless Gutters was the right decision. We wanted top quality materials used on our job and John explained that high quality is all they use. We knew that we wanted to change the look of our house a little but didn't know what colors to go with. With the help of Johns showroom in the local mall and driving us around to see other jobs it was easy to decided what the best color was for us. Once they starting tearing off the existing roof John addressed any additional repairs that needed to be done. While tearing the roof off they kept all the debris cleaned up from the yard and landscaping. The roofing crew did a top notch job on replacing the roof and Billy did a phenomenal job sealing around the chimney. John also installed six inch gutters and soffit on our house. I never new how good the right gutters can make your house look. Now I know why John is so excited about six inch gutters. After seeing how well the gutters and roof looked we decided to have them rap aluminum around all of our windows. We had a lot of issues with our windows once they removed the old rap. John's guy Steve went above and beyond to correct the issues and make the new rap beautiful. Steve's work is very meticulous as well as all of the crew. Everyone was very polite and professional. All of the work seemed to be custom tailored to our home. It was refreshing to be able to trust a contractor and his crew to do a great job at a great value. We are looking forward to hiring them again for our next job. Elite Seamless Gutters will go above and beyond to make you happy.

Elite Seamless Gutters did a great, the project was completed before the estimated date, and the end result is outstanding. The new 6" gutters and soffits look amazing and really have improved the appearance of the exterior of my home.

These guys are great! The guys that came to do the job were friendly and the actually enjoy their job and they all take pride in doing the best they can. I can't believe what a difference the 6" gutters made on the appearance of my house! I never thought I'd be excited about gutters..... This company is the best in terms of service and quality!

It went really good, excellent. They do really good work. They were very prompt and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.

It was a good job. The guys re fantastic to work with, very conscientious. The guys are really nice about explaining everything to us. They took the chimney at my son's house completely down and it possibly saved their lives, as they discovered a hole that could have caused carbon monoxide poisoning.

We had Elite Seamless Gutters come to do siding, gutters and soffits. Once they were there we ended up deciding to add a deck and to remove our chimney. Even with the additional work, they just rolled with the punches. They were amazing and our house now looks beautiful. Our house was built over 100 years ago, but now you would believe it was brand new. All the guys were very professional and outgoing. They were very positive with everything they did. There was even a couple of times I needed help in the house and they jumped right on anything I asked for. It is so wonderful to come home to such a beautiful home. The gutter is guaranteed for life and the price was extremely fair for the quality of the work. I tried to find another 7 inch gutter company in Illinois that offers the same premium quality material and there are ZERO! Thank god that these guys had the equipment to do the job. I would hire them again any day. There isn't anyone out there that can even compete with these guys. Elite Seamless Gutters is the number 1 here in Illinois. Thanks again!
