What can I say, Elite Seamless Gutters are the best. They added and replaced old gutters on my house and garage with new 8-inch seamless gutters. What a difference gutters make. I only had gutters on my garage (not very good gutters at that). Now when it rains, I literally go outside just to watch the water come out of the gutters. What a difference. I love my new gutters. The new gutters complement the color to my house perfectly and job was done in 1 day. The crew was outstanding and run like a well-oiled machine. Ken, the crew foreman runs the team like a conductor of an orchestra. No detail over looked. Job was done perfectly. Seeing the quality of work Elite Seamless Gutters did with my gutters, I asked if they did roofs, I have been in the process of getting quotes on replacing my roof and they replied they do roofs. I had them give me a quote. It was fair price and what I like best is that Elite Seamless Gutters explain the whole roofing process. They explained what and why they use the brand of roofing shingles. They only use the best quality shingles on the market. Also explained their roofing crew setup. Only 1 crew member is laying the roof and remaining crew members are prepping and staging shingles so the job run flawlessly. Elite Seamless Gutters show-up when they said they would. They clean-up and removed all garbage associated with the new roof and gutters. Elite Seamless Gutters even call after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied with the job they did. My exterior of my house is looks exceptional thank to Elite Seamless Gutters. I highly recommend Elite Seamless Gutters.

I talk to the owner of elite. And he said he would send his people out the next day and get it done for me. And he did and they did a great job. And they got a tree lined off of my roof for me. I asked his man if he could and he did. They did a great job I would till people to call them. They are great people and did a great job.😊

Excellent! Double the quality without double the price. John was quick to follow up on a request to look at an old gutter that had been damaged from the recent winter storm. Even though it was a small project, he made it a priority to help me as a new customer. The crew arrived the next day, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything. Thank you for helping us! John and his team did an amazing job from start to finish! We were in need of gutters and Elite Seamless came though and did top notch work. They installed (2) 280' x 7" seamless gutters they also completed the facia and soffit as well, on the front and back of our building. They impressed me on all levels with their communication, professionalism, brand new equipment, and knowledge on the job. I would highly recommend and hire again. They were fantastic! We got several quotes and they were by far the best price they got the job finished very quickly and even came out on a cold rainy day to finish up and I wouldn't have blamed them if they would have rescheduled but they didn't. I would highly recommend them to anybody and we'll be using them again when we're ready to replace the siding on our house.

Gutters were cleaned. He was very professional and even nailed a loose gutter for me.

John responded to my request for a roofing estimate very quickly. Because I was waiting on several estimates, a few days were needed before making my decision on a company to replace the roof on a house I was remodeling. John was persistent during these days and continued to provide additional information about Elite Seamless Gutter's projects and workmanship. I accepted his estimate which included a complete tear-off, new underlayment, shingles, and flat roof materials. New gutters were included in the estimate and would be oversized to aid in water runoff. We waited a little longer than expected for the project to start, but still had plenty of warm days left to seal the shingles down. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was clear they knew what the were doing. The tear-off was way more work than was expected, being three layers of old shingles. The guys didn't complain and there was no extra expense even though it took longer to complete. The materials were of the best quality and installed correctly. The flat roof work was better than I expected. Their "Mule Hide" product when down great and looks awesome. (I may be the only one to see it, but it looks fantastic and matched the shingle color perfectly.) Bill and Darrell did the major work on the shingling, while several other crew members helped out occasionally. At times we had five guys on site to complete the job. It was discovered that there wasn't sufficient wooden material behind the fascia to hold the new gutters and John shot me an estimate to remove the metal fascia, rebuild the wooden fascia and replace the metal with new material. The additional cost was reasonable and completed immediately. The new 6" gutters look wonderful and all downspouts placed correctly. We love the new roof and the look is fabulous. We couldn't be happier with the work and the company. We'd recommend John and crew for roofing and gutters. Thanks guys.

They were there to start tearing out the old drive and sidewalk the evening that we talked to them. The next day the eaves were replaced and the rest of the concrete was removed. The entire job was complete less than a week after we originally talked to them and hired them. All the workers were polite and respectful of our property and our neighbor's property.

We live in a small community, never heard about Elite seamless gutters before. A man in our community mentioned he had a tree fall on his house and Elite was doing roofing. I went online on Angie's list and BBB. Elite got very good ratings. We called John out to give us estimate, signed contract and work began shortly after. The workers are very good, cleanup great and we are very pleased with the work done.

At first had some breakdown in communication, but John quickly remedied the situation and had his crew come out next day to install new gutters. The crew was very friendly and were great to work with. They performed the task efficiently and worked with me on how I wanted the downspouts to go. At the end of the day they cleaned up and left nothing behind except great looking gutters.

John and his crew did a super job! The house looks terrific and there were no leaks when it rained yesterday. The workmen were professional and friendly and they cleaned up the yard when finished. I can't say enough about the work. The price for services rendered was very reasonable and John was willing to work with us on financing if we needed it. I would hire again.

We contacted seven different contractors to give us an estimate on repair/placement of our front stairs of our home, nobody had called back. Elite seamless gutters were the only vompany that returned our call and they came promptly to give us an estimate and they were very friendly and very courteous. They provided the work two days later and completed the job professionally the work was done right the work looks wonderful and we would definitely refer them to anyone who is looking for concrete work and they do more than just gutters that was what impressed us as it was a full-service company. We will definitely use them again in the in the spring for more projects!

I had a tree fall on my house after a big storm. It broke all my rafters and put holes in my roof. I had water pouring into house.I called Elite Seamless Gutters in Spring Valley IL.John the owner came over right away.He seen my toddlers running around and said this is a Emergency Situation. I will handle this today. He said you can not live like this with kids in the house .He said let me handle this. I am the best in this business.My crew and I take pride in are work and care about you and your family, He was not joking.He called the insurance adjuster and handled all the phone calls to get the ball rolling.I could not believe that less then three hours from his first phone call he had his equipment and all his crew here.They replaced all my Rafters ,Soffits,and 6 inch Seamless Gutters, Fascia,Re sheeted the whole roof and did a complete roof job in a efficient matter.I can not say enough about John and his Crew. ,They were all Polite,Hardworking.and treated us like Family,I can see why other people give them five stars on there reviews,. They are the best around hands down,.I recommend this company to anyone .This company says they are Elite but they are far more than that ,They are Superior and will be forever are friends!Thanks again John and Crew!!!

2nd time I have used them. I had a leaking flat roof. They came over the next day and did an awesome job of replacing and sealing roof over my front porch. It has rained for 2 days straight after and I have no leaks.

I would like to highly recommend Elite Seamless Gutters, they are so much more than their quality gutters. They also installed concrete steps, sidewalks, 6" seamless gutters and guards, and all soffit and fascia replacement on the entire house and garage. Making these home maintenance and repair decisions is not easy for me. It is important that I have trust and confidence in the company, and that the work is done well. John and all of his crew did a fantastic job. They are very meticulous in all aspects. This old house has never looked so good. Don't hesitate to use Elite Seamless Gutters for quality work.

We only worked with John during the preliminary stages of the project, namely the estimate. Unfortunately, due to a change in our finances, my wife and I were unable to follow through on the project, but it was NOT because John gave us an unfair price or we didn't want him to do the work. John was punctual and professional throughout the estimate process, delivering an accurate and reasonable bid in an impressively-fast time frame. Additionally, he was willing to work with us on the price. Based on his reviews and his own demeanor, I feel confident that John would have done a great job on our gutters, which is why I would consider him for future projects.

Responded promptly to our inquiry and quoted and got job done immediately (next day). Job took less time than he originally expected and quoted. They were agreeable to lowering price to reflect the amount of time it took. Workmanship was good.

The new gutters look fantastic. Our neighbors were also impressed and hired them on the spot. Other neighbors were asking for quotes. They were quick, on time and responsive. John remained in constant contact even after they were done to ensure we were satisfied with the work being done.

Very well. Windows had been previously wrapped when house was vinyl sided by previous contractor. I personally replaced the wooden windows with vinyl clad windows and needed to have the windows re-wrapped to include the window stops. Elite perfectly matched the existing wrap color and did a beautiful job completing the job in one day.

If you are hesitating, don't. John is a good hearted, hard working man- not an easy combination to find. I had called other places, but when I called Elite and heard back from John that day I was hopeful about finally getting the work on my 1830’s home done (thank you Shane ;)). Even better, John was at my house THAT NIGHT (it was Friday-7:30 pm) to take a look at and discuss what needed to be done. He had Kenny, Darryl and Bill out the next day. These men work hard and are a joy to have around! They repaired flashing on my flat roof porch, wrapped three windows, and repaired another small flat roof off my dining room. They even came back on Sunday to finish up the job! I previously had other guys out to repair my flat roof, but they only did "quick fix" caulking jobs that didn’t work. Elite did it all! They replaced the roof and added gutters to keep it draining properly all while keeping the integrity of the look of my old home- in addition, they guaranteed everything they did! While they were here we got to talking about the water damage to the ceiling of my porch and they mentioned they do painting as well. Sure enough, they were back out on Wednesday (it had rained on Tuesday) to get that job done for me. Ron, Kenny and John were so efficient and did such a great job with the ceiling we decided to go ahead and do the floor as well. I can’t believe the difference it makes! They saved me days of work and even used some of the extra paint to do a quick job on my small side porch (which is in need of much more than a paint job). Kenny and John have great ideas and, what’s more, they go above and beyond…the whole crew's work ethic is excellent. John called several times to make sure I was happy with their work and to follow up with details. It was a 5 star experience, having this work done by Elite. John and Kenny were super friendly, reliable, incredibly efficient, and they take great pride in their work. I just completed a review on Elite Seamless Gutters regarding work completed on my business. They were great. It came to my mind that in 2014 I also used Elite Seamless Gutters but never left a review and I wanted to do so at this time. In 2014 the roof on my home was only ten years old but it was showing a great deal of wear and I experienced leaking ion one of my rooms. I contacted three different businesses for estimates on having my roof shingled. My final choice was with Elite Seamless Gutters. The reason for my choice was not simple associated with cost. The main reason was that after having the manager, John French visit my home and having him discuss what his business would do for me, I was convinced that he was someone who valued quality of work and was a person whom I could count on. I was not disappointed. John and his crew were at my home for a week and throughout that time, I found them to be hard working and very professional. There were problems that were identified concerning the front and rear peaks of our home and the wood siding needed to be replaced. John had this done and it was completed with a great deal of care and quality. It has been four years since Elite did the work on my home and I recommend Elite to anyone that I know that is looking for work on their home's roof. It is great to speak with a contractor who is demanding quality on everything that they do for you. Elite continues to be my choice.

John French, Manager of Elite Seamless Gutters, came to look at my business on Thursday, 28 June. John took a great deal of time to investigate what was needed and to make recommendations as to what he would do if given the opportunity to work with me. Elite was not the only business that I received an estimate from. After hearing the estimate from Elite and looking at the recommendations made, there was no doubt that they were my choice. In addition, John indicated that he was aware that I needed the work done soon, and so he committed to put his crew on the job and to have it completed without interfering with my business operations. Let me say that John is a person who is very proud of his work, his crew, and is a man of his word. He committed a crew of eleven professionals and they were completely finished within six hours! By 2 PM on Friday, 29 June my building looked great. The job was done with extreme quality and every member of his crew were polite and professional. It has been a great pleasure to work with Elite Seamless Gutters of Spring Valley Illinois. The company told me on Saturday evening they would build the deck on Sunday. I said Sunday wasn’t necessary. They replied that they had a busy schedule and they would work the next day. On one of the hottest days of the year, two men arrived promptly at 10:00 am. They never stopped working until they were finished at 8:00 pm. The deck is well-built, the perfect size, and a handsome addition to my home. All my friends and neighbors are complimenting me. So, once again, Elite Seamless Gutters does a remarkable job! Ok, I'm serious when I say how great these guys are. My house is a monster, and it needed it all, which John and his guys did, in less then 3 weeks. I'm talking siding, sofitt, fascia, and my front porch. That needed to be jack hammered, and totally rebuilt. At one point we had 11 guys everywhere around house and garage. They completely tore off old wooden siding to start from scratch. Ken and Lois worked tirelessly getting railing put up and that wasn't even part of the job. So thank you to John, Ken, John ( windows look great!!) Billy, Ron and Brain (keeping my eyes on you lol) and anyone else I missed. You will always be welcome to stop and enjoy your work with a glass of tea on the porch. I might add they did all this is 14 days! Yes 14!!! Everything my husband and I wanted, never hesitated to answer any of our questions, or complain when i asked for something to be changed. Don't be afaird to go with Elite, they are worth every penny!
