This is the 3rd time I have contracted Elite Seamless Gutters to do work on are Church property, and like before they performed beyond my expectations . They removed old gutters and replaced with new 6" seamless gutters and 3"x4" downspouts which immediately eliminated my water problems in the basement, while replacing the gutters John and his crew discovered some fascia and soffit issues that they repaired at no additional cost,I also contracted them to blow in 9" of insulation in our attic while doing that job they discovered some additional issues and repaired those also at no charge. John and his crew are were respectful and professional at all times while on the job , I will use them again and again for any and all projects I have in the future, and encourage anyone needing repairs to their home or commercial building from tree removal to gutter replacement to call Elite Seamless Gutter . Elite Seamless Gutters did a great job on my project. They removed my existing driveway and guttering replacing it with new. Both of these items were incorrectly installed when new several years ago (by the original builder). John French was immediately responsive to my inquiry, provided quick estimates and mobilized within 24 hours to begin the job and was done in 2 days. At no point did he cut corners or try to come back with extra charges. He estimated the job correctly to begin with and executed flawlessly. The crew was very hard working and courteous. They all made sure every step they were taking was going to be correct and ensure that work was going to stand the test of time. There must have been nearly 10 workers on my job at one point working to get this done in a timely fashion, mind you all within a day of my first inquiry and I live in Washington, IL which isn't just down the block from Elite. Amazing work, people and end product. I would recommend John and Elite Seamless to anyone.

My gutters were replaced quickly and professionally. Everything was done to my satisfaction. The gutters look great!

John came over and was able to figure out where the leak was coming from. He had a way better product to replace it so we still had the stone look on the front of our house as an accent to our siding. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me the product and how it installs. They removed the old leaking product and found exactly where the leak was coming from and showed me pictures of it. They installed the stone siding that they use. The front of the house looks so much better!! This product is durable and water tight! They tied it into my existing siding and wrapped the entry doors on each side of it. They caulked the seams with color matching caulk to ensure a water tight seal. A job well done by his crew who pay attention to detail and repaired my house as if it were their own!

Entire job went extremely well. Job was done a faster than I had expected. Crew was very detailed and took extra steps to make sure it was done right. Job was done to exactly what was specified. John and his company did an amazing job on my facia and gutter installment on my house. It looks like a brand new house, the curb appeal is amazing and I have top of the line quality gutter system now. Ask for an estimate for gutters . The owner noticed the very sad condition of my drive and gave me an estimate on that. Done deal ! The crew started work that evening, and 24 hours later I have new gutters and a new driveway. The owner was great to work with, and both crews were extremely professional (picture watching a NASCAR pit crew work. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I don't impress easily - I am IMPRESSED! Would use this company again,and would recommend them without resevation.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Gardner Illinois. I met with a representative of Elite Seamless Gutters and requested for my home to be power washed and a new gutter system installed. The price was very favorable and the work was excellent craftsmanship. They were very knowledgeable in designing a gutter system that best suits our home. given the schedule work load that this company handles our communication was best suited via email because their phone mail box was filled to capacity, which did not allow me to leave a message. I would highly recommend Elite Seamless Gutters.

Working with John was a great experience. He went to bat with the insurance company to get the most money from them as possible, which was a tremendous help for me. wonderful - a crew of 4 spent 11 hours (44 man hours) doing exactly what was desired - when finished, an additional hour was needed to return their equipment to the truck - the men were clean, professional, friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. This home is a National Register of Historic Places home and John French can recommend us to customer questions. We were so pleased for a job well done.

I couldn’t have hired better the staff from the owner John to the receptionist Sarah and the crew Jason and the other guys not only did they do a amazing job the went above and beyond to help us with the best price to get the best quality products and and how fast they got the job done is even better than I could have asked for even in 100+ temperatures they worked so hard and I Will hire them again for all my new home projects I’m now proud of my home and glad that people are stopping to look at my house because I now can feel proud !! GREAT! Guys showed up ready to work, previously discussed just moving the tree debris to a manageable spot in the yard but instead John had ot all removed to our town burn spot. Got to what I would consider impossible areas with ease. I would HIGHLY recommend him again.

The work was done with the most professionalism . The crew, from the youngest (18 yrs) to the boss were very nice and listened to anything I had to say. This crew and their work was amazing.

This was a very professional job. Signed the contract and within a few days I received a call from John that his crew was on their way to install the new gutters with gutter guards. The job was completed in less than a day, cleaned up and removed the old gutters. John is a man of his word, and his crew that worked on my house were courteous and very professional. Based on excellent Angie's List reviews, on May 3, 2019, I contacted Elite Seamless Gutters for a gutter repair. After speaking with John French for a few minutes he asked if he could call me back as he wanted to look at my house with his "program". He called back to say that my gutters were too small and that I needed 6" gutters I stated that my gutters had been functioning well for 20 years and I just needed a repair. He continued to pitch 6" gutters with gutter guards. Since my trees had grown and the 20 year old gutters were looking a little dingy, I agreed to replace my gutters. He asked to call back with a quote which he did at $7833.00. I asked if he wanted to come look at the house and he stated that he could see all he needed with his"program" and that he would do the job "next week". I took that to mean that there were a maximum of four work days for Elite before my job started. It was a rainy spring, but after more than 4 workable days had past, i called Elite the last week of May and got the answering machine where I left a message. Elite returned the call the next day and said "next week". They didn't show and didn't call. I called and was told "next week". Elite finally showed the morning of June 21 and his crew immediately was alarmed by the height of my house, the length of some runs, the placement of some downspouts, and a bay window, all of which had been discussed with John and he stated that he could see with his"program". John called my wife and said we needed heavier material, special miters for the bay window etc. for $2200.00 more. I called John from work and expressed my dismay. He offered to leave the job. In retrospect I should have accepted; instead I agreed to the additional requirements for $1800.00. John's crew was a joy to work with and the job they did looks good. During the first big rain, I noticed that one of the gutters overflowed and another had a small leak. 16 weeks ago today which is 11/28/19, I called John to ask for a service call. I have spoken to him 3 or 4 times in the intervening 16 weeks and been told the"next week or two" each time. They have NEVER come back. I'm a good hour and half drive from Elite, that could be part of the problem. If it is they should never have taken the job. Bottom line. John is a fast talking salesman who doesn't seem to me to service what he sells. I will hire a different firm to service Elite's work.

We had our house reroofed twice and repaired twice in 12yrs and it still leaked. We called Elite Seamless Gutters and John came out and looked at the roof. He said the shingles were good but there was no flashing. They removed some shingles re-flashed around the chimney and dormers. Installed new shingles that matched perfectly. We had 6' gutters and down spouts installed and the house looks great. The work crew was well trained and polite. They cleaned up the work area every night so there was never a mess. Very pleased with entire experience. We will have Elite Seamless Gutters back if need in the future.

Excellent! Can I give them an A++. John French, the owner of the company, is a delight to work with. He reminds me of a old friend even though we just met. John has only the best of products available. You can’t find this kind of quality products at any of the big box stores. I know cause I’ve tried them. I did some research before I got on Angie’s List and knew what type of gutter guards I wanted. Had two other local companies bid the job too. But they didn’t have the quality I was looking for. Both tried to sell the big box store stuff. I knew from experience that wasn’t going to work for me. Yes, it was more expensive, but it’s also all new. New gutters, new gutter guards, new downspouts. All of John’s products are designed to work together. That’s very important. John’s crew was excellent too. Thoughtful, polite, experienced, and very professional. I’m still not 100% after my injury so I opted to have the house power washed. Wow! It looks amazing. I’m glad I had them do it. This is an awesome company to work with, and would definitely use them again. If you want to hire a company where a man’s word and handshake means everything, then you want to call John’s company.

Elite seamless gutter inc is the best gutter in the business . Other companies never showed up . I’m glad because now I have the best looking gutters in the area. They completed two houses in one day. My wife says the house is gorgeous now. They showed up in one day and finished the next. I recommend this company to everybody. They did the job beautifully and professionally. Don’t hesitate to call them. My house loos 100 percent better with 6” gutters . And with the gutter guards I’ll never have to clean my gutters again. I totally recommend Elite Gutters.

First of all I would like to say John and his crew at Elite Seamless Gutters are the best in the business. I was in need of a new roof and gutters as mine were in terrible shape. After sitting down with me and clearly explaining what the job was going to require we agreed on a price and a contract was drawn on the spot. I had other contractors in the Princeton area look at and give quotes on this project and by far John was the one that came in at a great price and was going to make sure the job was done correctly without any surprises. His crew started the very next day and were professional and polite. John was on the job overseeing that everything was being done to his very high standard of quality. After the initial tear off of the roof he suggested that he do a repitch to the flat section of my roof, which had been a problem area for some time, to ensure that there were no issues in the future. This was something that I had not asked about because I had been told by other contractors that they could not do this. John did an awesome on the pitch of the flat roof and made it look like it had been that way from the start. I also had soffit, facia, and 6" gutters installed. All this made the house look a million times better. John's crew had made all this happen in a week even though they had to work around the spring rains that seemed to come every day. I can't stress enough about the quality of the work done and would hire them again in a heart beat. I would like to give a big thanks to John and his crew for all there hard work.

I live in a very old home with an old garage and an old patched over driveway. Having no plans to move in the next ten years, my wife and I decided that the time for an overhaul of the garage, garage floor and driveway was long overdue. For starters, I cannot begin to think that there is a contractor who is better suited to handle what my repair job through at John French and the Elite Seamless Gutters crew - who by the way are some of the hardest working, most professional, and honest guys I’ve ever employed. Elite Seamless Gutters and I signed a contract for what was a great price considering all that I wanted and needed done. Unbeknownst to John French was that my overhaul job would require a lot more work and effort on his part to get it completed to his high standard of quality construction and meet the deadline. I really don’t know where to start with the high praise, but here are a few highlights: 1) John agreed to have the work done in eight working days. In spite of weather challenges, the work was done as promised. 2) Additional gravel was needed for the new driveway due to what was found below the existing surface and to prevent spider cracking in a year or so. I gave him permission to do it right in spite of the fact that John practically apologized for having this unexpected expense. 3) I was in constant communication with John throughout the project via phone calls, texts, videos and photos. 4) Because I have an older home, there was an immense amount of customization work that needed to be done on the job. This challenge presented no obstacle whatsoever for Elite Seamless Gutters, however; it did require more of their time, but no more money from me. It’s just the manner in which these guys operate and do business. 5) The new double garage door with commercial grade opener, stone trim finish, perfectly level garage floor, and beautiful new drive are second to none. This project has increased my home’s curb appeal exponentially. I could go and on about how pleased I am with the results, but I can tell you what really sums it best for me - this morning with a fresh cup of coffee in hand, I walked around in my new garage and just stared in amazement. I had this feeling one other time in my life and that was 28 years ago when I took my daughter to Disney World. You will not regret hiring Elite Seamless Gutters for ANY home repair that you are considering.

Elite Seamless Gutters, in Spring Valley, Illinois for the second time has worked on my home in Princeton, IL. In 2014 Elite Seamless Gutters installed gutters and down spouts on the house. Because this project was done perfectly and the staff were very professional, Monday, April 15, 2019, Elite Seamless Gutters worked on my front porch roof which had not been flashed properly by another company. Therefore, causing lots of water damage. The crew made sure I understood what they were doing and if I had any questions just let them know. The crew explained to me what they doing and explained the material function. The repair took two long days. The second day the roof was completed. The crew installed gutters and down spouts on the porch. It was explained where the down spouts need to be installed. The crew placed two down spouts, in front of the east and north columns. This did not take aways from the look of my home. I was very pleased with the work and interacting with Elite Seamless Gutters and their crew. Each day the crew cleaned up the job site.
