+ -1 moreDavid and his crew did a great job. He was able to start ahead of schedule (with our concurrence) and the job was complete in a week. The floors and bannisters look amazing ( I can't bring myself to put down rugs!). The bannisters required hand refinishing and his replacement of missing trim detail is almost imperceptible. They cleaned up every evening, communication on job progress was timely and the work is beautiful. His estimate was spot on, with no additional unexpected costs.
Description of Work: David installed new red oak floors in 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and one hallway), installed thresholds in 3 doorways, replaced missing detail trim and refinished the stairway, including the bannisters in our 1906 home. The bannisters and newel post required hand-refinishing.
