I've used Mike before in my old house where he built a flawless cedar fence. When we built our new house and were told the HOA only allowed wrought iron fences, I was glad to find out that Mike does those too. He came out before the house and final grading were complete and took rough measurements to work up a contract. Once the final grade was complete, he sent Alberto out to fine tune the dimensions. Debbie was very helpful in allowing us to make changes to the design once we clarified details from the village. What I like best about Mike's installers is their attention to detail. They take the extra time on all fences to make sure the panels are dead even and level. When they installed the cedar fence I was impressed with how perfect the workmanship was with the scalloped top pattern we chose. The aluminum fence was no different. They take the time ask exactly where you want the gates, which way they open, etc. Everything to make sure you are 100% happy with the installation - which we were - both times. Also worth adding that over the years, the cedar fence gate posts move a bit with the harsh winters. Mike was always available to have the guys come out and adjust, or reset the posts to make sure the gates worked perfectly for years to come.

They came in slightly higher than the other estimate that we had but with significantly better materials. The process with the Mike Meier company was great. He was very professional. He gave us a nice brochure. He did good measuring and gave us some good expectations about when they would be able to do the work which we're still awaiting on but we have selected them from the other contractors that we have. They're very courteous. The materials that they had were 60% stronger than one of the vendors we've talked to. So far, they've done a great job. They were slightly more expensive but I think they're worth it.

A three man crew arrived exactly on time (perhaps 5 min. early) in very nice vehicles that contained all of the equipment and materials that were required. This crew did not play around, they started by cutting away the old fencing and then removed all of the old fence posts (Including concrete). While part of this crew was removing the old fence others were starting to install the new fence. We have many flower gardens that border this fence and they were extremely good about not damageing these plants. We also have some pretty large hills that this fence has to follow and also having a fair number of zigs and zags in the fence design so this was not a bunch of streight fence lines that were being installed. All of the material from the old fence was removed. It took about 6 hours (Est.) from start to finish and I was extremly impressed with the quaility of their work and the service that they provided. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to have a fence installed.

Had an extremely bad experience due to a very bad installation. The fence material was of very poor quality and when it failed in less than one year I asked the owner to come out to fix they constantly ignored me and all of my messages. The owner would not listen to me and tried to make me out to be a bad person and was very angry that I wanted the problems fixed. Broken items were never fixed and my only recourse is legal which is now going to make this fence twice the cost out of pocket until judgement happens. Run from these guys, if not in my opinion you will regret it. I could write a lot of bad things about them and what I found out but I don't want anymore negativity. Too much stress and family hardships were caused about this.

I was very pleased and impressed with the speed of response for the estimate (done by Mike Meier, owner), and I was also happy about how quickly materials arrived (had to be ordered because of the kind of fencing I wanted) and were then installed. The workmen completed the job in one day and left everything neat and tidy. I received constant updates from Mike Meier and Sons throughout the process. Mike and his wife take the phone calls, and both are very personable and easy to work with. There were no surprises, and I was kept informed of each step along the way. I was also called following the installation to be sure that I was happy with the job. I would use this company again in a heartbeat - the entire experience was positive.

I had a vinyl privacy fence installed on one side of my backyard. The entire process was incredibly efficient and organized. I first spoke with Mike Meier when I phoned for fencing information. He spent a good deal of time discussing the types of fencing and costs. Mike is very personable and easy to work with, and I felt very comfortable asking him questions. He then came to my residence to measure, write up the contract, and answer my additional questions. Within a week and a half, I received a call from Mike's wife, Debbie Meier, and she informed me that JULIE would be coming out to mark the utilities in my yard and scheduled the installation of the fence. I was impressed with how quickly the process went. Debbie is also a very personable lady, and the combination of Mike and Debbie only increased my confidence in dealing with this company; both are very knowledgeable about their business. The workmen arrived on time, installed the fencing, and left everything very clean. During the installation, they asked me to specify various details so that the installation suited my preferences. There were no glitches, and I can think of nothing that needed improvement. I will not hesitate to contact this company again if I have any fencing needs. They clearly take pride in their work and the manner in which they do business. It was a pleasure to work with Meier and Son Fencing!

Mike responded to our call promptly the same afternoon we called, he wrote the estimate immediately. One member of his crew met us a week later to discuss how we where going to deal with the grade of the back yard and gate locations. When the materials were ready for installation we recieved a phone call to tell us work could start. Another worker met with us to lay out the lines and gate locations, at this point we were told that the fence would cost more because the chain link in the woods was more footage then originally measured. No problem, it was very difficult to walk through this area before it was cleared for the fence. We felt the punctuality, workmanship, and quality were outstanding.
