MWA provided us with landscaping services and they pruned 3 tress that they were expressly told NOT to prune. The have been unresponsive to resolving the matter. We were told via email they would be preforming the dormant pruning that was part of our contract, we told them nothing needed to be pruned. They pruned all of the rear bushes and removed a 1/2 of the branches from 2 magnolia tress and one River birch.

Midwest Arbor did a remarkable job replacing my stone masonry steps, which were in great disrepair and collapsing. The previous owners had abandoned the back yard and the patio had fallen into disrepair from disuse. Bruce Everly, CEO of Midwest Arbor visited our home and viewed the situation. He provided us with n easily understandable set of plans to address the situation. After comparing his prices and the thoughtfulness of his plan against three others, we chose to go with them. What a great decision! They just left yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. The steps are amazing, the new patio is amazing, and the landscaping is beautiful. I can honestly say, we''ve gone from having the 2nd worst looking grounds in the development, to the best. Mr. Everly's entire staff was helpful, including his workmen, who cleaned up the debris and vanished, like a puff of smoke, leaving behind only the remarkable work. I wish I'd taken more photos of the before and after. Great price, amazing work and outcome, personable owner and polite, professional staff and laborers. I will hire this guys again!

I am on contract with them so they are here every week. Three people normally come and they are very prompt. I would recommend them to a friend.

Excellent mowing services - consisently good, always on time, VERY professional, but extrmely expensive - over $100 per week for mowing less than an acre with a very large ranch home and many areas that are not mowed.

Bruce, the company's owner, was great. We outlined our budget and expectations. He gave us a very detailed proposal with specific plant types, pictures, care required. Gave ideas for different price points. Once plan was decided, their crew was professional, detailed and efficient. We will definitely use them again when we decide to get more work done in the rear of the house.

Our lawn and landscape is very important to my wife and I and we like it to look great. We had tried other firms in the past that were less money but continually disappointed us. We called Mid West Arbor due to their reputation for high quality and service; we have been using them for 3 months now and are thrilled with their services. We had some minor problems with mowing in the beginning as we found their mowers were cutting to close in some areas and leaving marks. I called the office and they responded immediately, they informed me my lawn is uneven in areas and once they got to know it better this problem would not be an issue. I was impressed that the owner personally came out after my initial concern as he wanted to make sure his crew got things right. The crew switched to different mowers and adjusted their cutting height and now our lawn looks great. We especially like that the company collects the clippings. We have the lawn fertilized and we water it regularly causing it to grow very quickly. Our prior mowing services use to leave the clippings which ended up getting dragged into the house. We love that their maintenance crew shows up every week on the same day, unlike our prior services, when we never knew when they were coming. Their crews drive nice looking trucks, are clean cut and wear clean uniforms. All of their staff has been very professional and polite. So far they are exceeding our expectations. We are looking forward to the landscape design they are planning for our property. I highly recommend this company.

We just started using them this year and we've used them before. We actually found them from ordering firewood. They were very thorough. They are fairly punctual. They told us they were coming on the 23rd and they came on the 24th. We called to find out and we don't know if we wrote the date down wrong or if they got it wrong. They have been on time for everything else they have done for us.

We can't recommend them enough. We've come to lean on them when we were frustrated with our contractor to help us with our house. The price was fine and understandable and they go out of their way to find nice stuff. They aren't pushy, what they say, they do. I think the personality of the owner is great, he's got a good crew and I'm sure he takes care of them well because they work so well. He picks people with quality. The people are a reflection of the owner and they're just as good as he is. They work with your affordability.
