Tim was very responsive & job was scheduled two days after initial contact. Tim & a helper arrived at the scheduled time & quickly started work. Job was completed in approximately a half hour & the issue with a very slow kitchen drain was completely resolved. Tim did an excellent job of describing the work. The cost was very reasonable & I would definitely hire Drains, Inc again.

It went fantastic. Drain's Inc responded to my call and were at my residence in a very timely fashion.. They preceeded to rod and unclog the drain. It now looks like a cyclone of water decending down the drain. I would highly recommend Drain's Inc for you plumbing needs. Tim put us in the schedule very quickly due to a clogged sewer line. He showed up when promised. He was very proficient in getting the clog cleared out. He cleans up his work area when done. I'd hire him again, without question.

Tim from Drains Inc came out after hours to look at my sump pump. It sounded like it was on its last leg and was barely keeping up with the water. I’m glad I called when I did and that they came out so quickly. I would have had a flooded basement in the morning.

I had two other companies come out and give me quotes but honestly they were not even close to the friendliness and the price that the other guys were suggesting. it would have been professional if the plumber brought rags in for the job just in case to clean up. instead he used my bath hand towel & said nothing. Working with water, rags would be a "no brainer".

Tim was very friendly and knew what needed to be done when I first called. They came the same day as I called and the price was the same as quoted on the phone. Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. They cleared the drain line in less than 1/2 an hour and we have not had any issues since.

I have been dealing with sewer smell, sewer back-up, and rats in my basement for many months without much progress after multiple contractors and plumbers. I began the screening process again and found Tim to listen and problem-solve better than any other professional. He expertise really came through at multiple stages of the project. During his camera scope he identified problems not previously picked up. During the repair phase he talked me through the process and was very thorough and organized in his work. During final phase, he came back to hydrojet and rod the entire sewer system out to the city line, provided additional repairs to broken waters lines and gaps in the concrete floor. In the end, Tim did a major repair digging out our front yard to access and repair the sewer line. The majority of the smell has dissipated and, for the first time, I have some peace of mind.

Drains Inc. is your answer. Period. My situation turned out to be unique and Drains Inc handled it perfectly. I first called one of the Rooter businesses and completely regret it. The guy was either inexperienced or an idiot. He charged me $300 and left me hanging. I went to Yelp and found Drains Inc. They had great reviews so I gave them a try. Tim (owner) and Adam (apprentice) came out and kicked but. Like I said, my situation was unique. My line not only runs through the neighbor's yard, it runs under their breezeway and into their front yard. And the house is for sale and vacant. Tim took control, tracked down the owner, got permission to dig in their yard not once, but twice, and got the job done. Tim was making calls on his own time to help get the project done in as soon as possible and with as little inconvenience to me as possible. Communication was great throughout. Seriously, if you are looking for a plumber that will go the extra mile, get the job done right, and someone you can flat out trust, it's Drains Inc. Never once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of or that the job was being mishandled. Tim is a small businessman that cares about his work and his customers. Give Drains Inc. a try and you'll want to leave them a great review, too.

Tim came when he said he would, he gave us a quote that included various potential possibilities, and when he came to do the work, he was honest and didn't try to sell us a more expensive alternative. He power rodded the storm line and then water jetted the pipe practically all the way to the sewer at the street from our townhouse, which sits far back on the lot. He and his assistant had all the tools they needed, were careful of our plants, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything neat. We appreciate the work and would hire them for other issues without a second thought!

Tim came and diagnosed the problem. We settled on a price and they did an excellent job repairing the problem. They had to chisel out a portion of the tile floor, dig out the collapsed clay drain tile and replace with new PVC connections. They then filled hole and replaced the cement sub floor and installed a completely new shower drain. This all took place in 1 afternoon. They worked quickly but keep the job site neat and clean. All aspects of the job were explained as Tim went about the repair. Very professional. We would definitely have them back and would highly recommend. Family run and operated. Honesty and integrity was very high. Thanks Tim!!
