Description of Work: They cleaned out and rodded my catch basin on the same day that I called them. They were prompt and efficient. The extra cost was due to the need to rebuild and recumbent the walls of the basin. They explained everything that needed to be done and their work was well done.

+ -1 moreThe owner was canvassing the neighborhood, I had seen their card before.. The gentlemen said the price to clean the material from the catch basin would be $60, with a 90 day warranty. I saw they were licensed and bonded, and it had been a while since I had this done They began the work, keeping me informed about the process and results all the way, and then I realized it had been 8 years since i had the line power-rodded and at that time it had been obstructed with tree roots. They had the equipment available, the owner doing the work said that if I decided to have the rodding done, the original $60 cleaning cost would be absorbed into the $285. The process took 20 minutes, and I was informed if I wish to have the sewer maintained each year, the cleaning price would be halved. They were polite and professional and did a clean-up.
Description of Work: The provider cleaned and power rodded my catch basin, both through the sink line and the sewer line.
