Description of Work: Originally I thought the gary line drain was plugged, causing flooding in the basement. After probing it was determined the line was crushed and would need to be replaced. Several options was given to me and I decided to dig up the old line and replace it, adding a shut off valve The line was indeed crushed a deteriorated, Also it was not the appropriate type of pipes. The line was replaced, extended out approximately twenty more feet and a check valve installed. The drain was also jetted to insure no clogs remained and boy was there a big clog.They were very efficient, friendly, courteous and very knowledgable in diagnosing and performing the work. I would gladly use them again.

+ -1 moreWe attempted to clear the line ourselves with no avail and had to call out a plumber on a Saturday. Shawn was rather quick to respond (took him slightly longer than he said but not horridly so) and had our drain cleared of tree roots quickly. Was very polite at all times and represented his company with professionalism. Shawn used his time well and offered insite as to how to prevent tree roots from invading the plumbing lines again. Will use PSI again if needed.
Description of Work: Had a plumbing emergency (main drain line clogged) that had water backing up into the basement. Needed to have tree roots removed from main drain line to keep the water from backing up.

Description of Work: Drains leaking in both the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Sprayer hose on kitchen sink leaking. All problems were quickly fixed and have not had any further problems since that time. I have had this company do other work and each time they have been quick to respond and efficient though some what pricey.
