TBI Construction Services

Based on a mail advertisement for hail damage repairs, I called TBI Construction on 7/9/2012 and got there answering service. I left a message that I wanted to get an estimate for roof and gutter repairs. The answering service said they would forward the message. I received a call from Heath Gover of TBI Construction on 7/13/2012 who said he could stop by that day to give an estimate on the repair cost. Heath was very personable, inspected the damage, looked at the insurance estimate and wanted to call the insurance company to open a supplemental claim for more material for one portion of the roof work.. He called the insurance company and the insurance company asked me if I had selected them as my contractor. I told the insurance company representative that I had not yet selected TBI Construction to do the work and the insurance company representative suggested I wait on any supplemental claim until I actually selected a contractor. Heath provided a detailed written estimate for the work to be done, which at first did not include one portion of the roof. When I asked him to include that portion in his estimate, he did so gladly. The total price was higher than other estimates we had received. I called Heath on 7/17/2012 to inform him we had selected another contractor. He was friendly and personable even though he did not get the job.
