It was OK. It wasn't an emergency service it was just a maintenance job. I spent about $80 or something like that. I don't have ay cautionary notes or anything. They were just fine.

I had backup in sewer the servicer came in timely manner was professional from beginning to end explained everything he did which was relief I would definitely use them again just A+++++ service

Arrived on time and cleaned up.

Serviceman was on time explained the whole process and finished in a timely manner.

This plumbing problem began January 29th 2014, about 8  p.m. I called the City on Jan 30th they sent someone out and said it appeared to be a frozen pipe or busted pipe (but not from their water break / which we could see in the street as the flow was freezing up) So I went to Angie's List found a local plumber (Flo Maxx) they responded that day.
I am very please with Flo Maxx service and their professionalism and friendliness. Since my situation is a little different (still dealing with the City) I thought Flo Maxx went above and beyond the call of duty (example buying us cases of water, shoveling our sidewalk, etc.). Yes, I would use them again and Yes I would recommend their services. This was a bigger job than usual because of the below freezing temperatures the workers had to deal with...but they worked with good attitudes. Thanks!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Joe fixed the problem. This company was on time and very professional. They gave me a great price. I will definitely use them again.

Joe and his crew are always professional and very helpful with all my plumbing issues..  They are very detailed oriented and will take the time to show pictures of what they did to maintain or fix the problems.  I like that I can rely on them to show up when I call.  This is my 3rd time working with Flo Maxx and I will continue to do so for many years.  They definitely have my business.

With the recent cold weather, our kitchen pipes froze causing the pipe running into the hose to split from its valve. Joe checked the problem first providing a temporary solution along with a long-term fix to the problem. At this time, we took the temporary fix of reattaching and sealing the pipe and valve together.  He was done with 30 minutes but stayed an additional 15 minutes to make sure the seal was tight and that there were no leaks.valve

I called four different plumbers. The first plumber gave me a $5,500 estimate.  When I described the job to Flo-Maxx they sent someone out and gave me a $2,250 estimate which I thought was great. They explained everything thoroughly to me so I would understand what they'd be doing and I thought that was good.
