He showed up on time and gave a realistic view of what my project would look like in terms of time and finish quality. I was nervous but my rental unit came out so well. It was a much needed upgrade after having long term tenants which caused some wear and tear but I will definitely be using Eclectic Ventures again.
Description of Work: I had all the light fixtures, ceiling fans, fixtures and plugs replaced.
