Excellent. Was on time or rescheduled when issues arrived. Actually, he fit the job in while waiting for materials on another job. Solved installation issues due to way old doors were installed. Price met the estimate. Only additions were approved before hand due to extra materials needed to solve the above mentioned issues.

Prompt. Said the price and stayed to it. Followed the proper permit procedures and not only worked throughout the week but also on the weekends due to the wet weather. He explained everything he was going to do and would plan to do. No surprises. He is very mild mannered and a gentleman. If you had questions he would stop and listen to everyone. After the deck was done he even came back and helped secure fittings around my pool, re-cut my screens on two doors and looked at a window I was sure I needed to replace. Did not need to replace it and he came out two days later, fixed it at no charge. Even gave me a small tool to help with tight spots on my windows.

It went well. The finished product is good. The time frame did take longer than he said it would take. He also did not tell me about some extra charges. There were no other problems though. He took care of everything. It worked out well.

Excellent service, prompt response to initial call and quotation arrived by the end of the day. Carried out the work in a timely and professional manner, did not rush the work, ensuring each stage was complete before carrying out the next. Kept me informed along the way, was very polite and took time to answer my questions.
