Called, Gary answered and was able to set up an appointment right away for the following week. He and his helper were on time and ready to begin. I took him around to show him all of the items I needed replaced/repaired. He started to install the kitchen sink faucet and was having some difficulty. He came close to swearing out loud which caused me some concern. At one point while under the sink the water started spraying him and he did utter a profanity. I provided him with a couple of towels so he could dry off the underneath of the sink and himself. Upon completing the installation he did mentioned that had he read the instructions he wouldn't have had as much trouble. That was one of the reasons I hired a plumber as I thought a plumber would know what to do and not get aggravated. He then proceeded to the upstairs vanity to install that faucet. I was downstairs while he was installing. I did hear some angry outbursts but did not go upstairs to check it out. After finishing the installation, he and his helper came back down to let me know that he would return on Friday to finish the job. He had to purchase a new bathtub faucet, showerhead and the outdoor faucet. I was very close to telling him not to return. He was very polite to me directly so I thought I would let him finish the job on Friday. Gary did come back on Friday at the prearranged time to do the repairs needed. I did hear him yell at his helper at least one or two times. All the while he was very nice to me and pleasant. Gary was prompt, the work was done as expected and the charges were reasonable. I do not have any complaints regarding the job. My only complaint is his lack of professionalism while doing the repairs.

Gary from GP Plumbing returned phone messages promptly, met his arrival windows, completed repairs professionally with honest assessments and fair and reasonable charges.
