Description of Work: David from Apex was extremely helpful and honest regarding the condition of our roof, what was necessary and although they recommended we use another company for the repair work, he was generous with his time and helped us through the insurance claim process. Will definitely use Apex for any roofing needs that we may need in the future and recommend to anyone who asks for a referral. Thanks so much!

Description of Work: Angie's big deal attic inspection was informative and professional, but seemed a little quick. In my case newer roof likely meant few issues to look at but still seemed a little quick. Overall satisfied though and inspector gave me good photo evidence that he was indeed looking up there - he's just quick :)

Description of Work: Everyone that I spoke to at Apex were great. Their customer service is not lacking; in fact, they everything was explained to me quite well, and the work that was done was great. The person thta came out and evaluated my attic gave me some good ideas on how to prevent problem. The person who came out and did the work was great. My only problem is that I don't think the work that was done should have cost $800.00. He cut two holes in the roof next to each other, attached two exhaust vents, and then connected the two existing bathroom hoses to them. The job was done in 30 to 45 minutes. I just don't feel $800.00 was a fair price. When the price was quoted to me I thought it was a more complicated project. If I had not had this done as part of their big deal it would have cost me $950.00. If it were not for their prices I would use them again.
