Excellent!
Description of Work: I bought a roof inspection from Apex for $149. I went to schedule and told them the roof was leaking at the flashing and it was less than three years old. They told me it should be insured and you may want to call your contractor first. I did as they said and the roof was repaired under warranty by my contractor. I am appreciative of Apex and their help and i would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: I purchased the $149 roof maintenance package knowing I have a small leak in a non-steep portion of my roof. The provider arrived as expected but informed my wife that they could not inspect most of my roof because of the steep pitch. She understood and directed the employee to the location of the leak (once again in the non steep location). The employee went to check the leak and presumably evaluate repairs. The employee then left our house without confirming that work was completed. Our assumption was that this relatively minor leak was repaired quickly. It was not nor do I believe any work was actually completed.

Description of Work: I bought the "Roof Maintenance" package from Angie's List for this provider. They came to my house and did an inspection. The deal said they would fix minor repairs. The inspector said that's not how they work and told me I wasted my money by going through Angie's List. I never received a quote from them concerning my roof. When I contacted them after 2 weeks had gone by, they had no record of even coming to my house. Thankfully, Angie's List refunded my money.

Description of Work: I had some water damaged soffits around my house. Oval Royse came out and inspected the areas of concern, identified the cause and recommended repairs. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. The crew the Oval sent to do the repairs was outstanding. The work was done beautifully with no muss no fuss. Can't say enough good about Apex Exteriors!

Description of Work: We were looking to do a whole house project - replace our house roof, all windows, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia - the works! We wanted a company that could do the entire job. While searching the internet, came across APEX EXTERIORS. We were very impressed with their website - very professional site, and the on-line chat that was also available was nice. With that we set up an appointment to have their sales associate meet with us. After meeting with APEX EXTERIORS and comparing APEX EXTERIORS with others, there was no comparison. They were professional every step of the way. We signed the contract for our whole house project and also added the roof and siding to our new garage we were having built as well. Our entire experience with APEX EXTERIORS was fantastic from the initial website, to their courteous staff in setting up a time to meet with the sales associated (David), to their crew (Nester and crew) who started and were on site until the entire job was finished. They kept us posted on their progress and had a supervisor (Steve) who was very helpful in every step involved in the project keeping us informed on the progress. This company is very professional, and their work was 100% to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: Ken came out & inspected the roof. Turns out I need a lot more work than this deal has to offer. Ken has sent me an estimate for the work needed. I am budgeting this work for the fall. Everyone that I spoke to @ Apex was polite & professional & they did show up on time. Although I didn't get the work done yet, I would recommend this company for the positive interaction I have had with them so far.
