Description of Work: My objective on having this service was more to get different design ideas and suggestions for my house and see actual mock up drawings of them. I got just my idea on a rough drawing which was ok just not what I expected, it wasn't alot for this deal but I would think they would do just as much for a free estimate. When I do get to the next step of change I will consider this company.

Description of Work: We did not use the $149 special because we did not have a flat roof. On the other hand, we had them take a look at what we had from normal wear and tear and a tree branch that had brushed away some shingles. They did an excelent job of miscellansous repairs for about $1000. When they gave us an estimate, they also said the roof was good for another 5 years - when we knew it had been 20+ years from our last replacement. Rather than cash in on our expectations of needing a new roof, they were honest and told us about the reasonable condition of the roof and to wait to replace it - we will definitely call them when that is needed. In addition, the repairman (Sid) who came out told us this was the most honest roofing company he'd ever worked for out of several positions.

Description of Work: This was for a roof inspection on our 2001 two story house. I was not home at the time, and my wife talked to the gentleman about what he saw. They sent us pictures of the roof, and the things he inspected which was nice. He was punctual, courteous, and professional. About the only negative thing was when I scheduled the appointment I had asked for a quote on removing an old Wi-Fi antenna on the roof. After his inspection, he mentioned nothing about that request. I had to e-mail him back to get the quote.
