ROSELAND DRAPERIES

Salesperson came out Jan 7th to measure & quote on replacement window treatments. I wanted exactly what was up previously, and needed them very fast! While their normal turnaround time was 6 weeks, I was reassured by the sales person that since January was so slow a quick turnaround would be no problem; as long as the material was available, she told me they could have them in about 3 weeks. At my urging, she checked to see if the material was available - it was. Today, 6 weeks later, the drapes were delivered. They look absolutely horrible! Her measurements were completely off on both the living room and dining room windows. The installer told me he was embarassed by the way they looked, and told me Bonnie needed to come out immediately and see them for herself. He called Bonnie and tried to explain the problems to her and asked that she see for herself. He gave the phone to me, and Bonnie suggested that I 'live with them for a while' to see if I liked them any better. I again told her they're not acceptable, and that she needed to come back and see them. She started arguing with me - said they're the same as the old ones (even the installer saw the problems). She told me she was busy and couldn't come out for a couple of days, and to call her back in 5 hours. I would really prefer NOT to have her come out - would just like my money back if they can't do the job right. I'd be glad to change this report if there's a suitable resolution, but right now I'm angry at the treatment received. NOTE! Bonnie just called back, is coming out on Sunday. Told me her company will make it right - we'll see.
