I called John in the evening and left a voicemail to set up an appointment to get a quote for plumbing. He called me back in the morning. I started to set up the appointment and asked him to remind me of his name and his voice raised as he demanded to know how many people I've called already. I stated that I was looking for quotes and he began to yell that I might as well go with someone else, etc. I was not pleased with the way he was speaking to me as he continued to yell and I let him know I would definitely be hiring someone else and ended the call.

John was professional and knowledgeable. He completed the job in a timely matter and the price was fair. Would recommend to friends and family.

That was fine. He came in and did the job and told us that he wasn't interested in doing big jobs anymore for plumbing he just wants to do little bitty things. So he's not a good contact for the future. He was here a week ago. The work he did was good it was just that it was disappointing. The price was okay, good.

John first came out to see what we needed done and did some measuring. He gave me an estimate at that time and an approximate date that he could do the work. He called several times to let me know what his status was and when he would be here. He showed up when he said he would with everything he needed to complete the job. He even moved my old electric dryer out of the way and put my new gas dryer in its place for me. He did the job quickly and left the place as clean as he found it. The cost was just a smidge above the estimate but only by $25. It took a little longer than expected due to the age of the house and the wires and pipes and ducts he had to work around.

Answered the phone and was at my door very quickly. Professional, fast and reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

He fixed it well. I still do not have any more problems with it, so, I feel he did a good job. Will call him if I need that kind of help again if he is still around. (he is an older man).

He gave me an estimate for the job, then I purchased the shower unit online. He installed it to my specifications, which for units like this really do depend on the tub and shower location. We used the previous shower ring supports I had installed 23 years ago, and he did all of the plumbing work, including installing two additional shut-off valves for the tub-shower combination.

He showed up a little later than I expected, but he apologized so there was no problem. He fixed the faucet quickly, and charged very reasonably. I would certainly recommend and use this service again if necessary.

John and his helper worked very diligently and was able to get the job done sooner than originally scheduled. I highly recommend John Rykowski for your plumbing needs.

He’s very professional and very knowledgeable. The first time I called him it was an emergency and he came right out. When he came out the second time he did more than what he came for and I don’t think he charged me for it.
