They were here January of 2016. It cost around $150. They could be less expensive in their follow up service. If pressed I would use their services again.

Amazing customer service by this business. The woman on the phone was so responsive that one day I called and the phone was switched to fax. She saw my number and called me back to see what I needed. The came out to diagnose the problem or rather what was broken on the electronic ignition for the pilot light on my gas fireplace. The service rep was able to manually light it so I could at least use my fireplace in the interim. They were able to track down the part, order and install it in a very timely manner. I strongly recommend this company.

I called them the night before and they offered to come out that night or the next day late in the afternoon. I chose to wait the next day. The next day, in the morning, a tech called me and said he was nearby and could come at that moment. I agreed and he was at my doorsteps in 5 minutes. He was clean and very polite. He thoroughly tested my furnace and found the problem quickly. He explained to me the problem and repair cost. He even went outside to check the a/c to see that it was functioning properly. I am very pleased with the service I received.

We added on a bigger bathroom and they rerouted the vent pipe. They have a brick and mortar office, really good to deal with.

I liked everything. All the work was done when they said they were going to do it. The person they had on the job was very efficient, very courteous, and always on time. They did what they said they were going to do and followed up well with any questions we had. We went over things, asked questions about this or that, and they came out to explain it. He was very hands-on and very punctual. We checked other companies and thought their prices were very fair.

I visited their office in South Beloit and asked for a bid. They came out and did the bid. I was happy with what they had to say. They had left me a personal cell number to call. Which i did becaulse the office was closed. I told them to get started. TYhey needed a deposit to start. No problem. They came out and finished in one day and cleaned up after. Over all I am happy with the serive and would use them again.
