I have a fairly large and complicated driveway (roundabout and parking stalls). Advanced gave me a great price and scheduled promptly. The crew came and did the work on the day they were supposed to and the driveway looks great. Had no problem getting them to come back out a week later to touch up the crack fill after it settled in. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

The pavement built up went perfectly and there is no longer a large bump when entering the garage. The seal coating initially went well. They were careful to protect a paver sidewalk that buts up to the driveway. However, the night after the coat was put down, and prior to the coating curing completely, a storm with torrential downpours came through. Some of the coating splashed up onto the garage door leaving it a mess. As soon as Advance was notified of this they came out and fixed the problem, no questions asked no argument or debate. Advance Paving and Property did a good job on the work they were contracted and the service after the sale was phenomenal. I would not think twice about hiring them again for future projects.

They did an excellent job despite rescheduling several times due to poor weather.

We have about a 1700 square foot driveway that needed sealing. I called and received a quote the next day. I scheduled an appointment for them to do the work. They came on the day they said and sealed the driveway. They did a great job the workers explained what they were going to do and did it. It took them about an hour to do the work. I would definitely use them again next time we need our driveway sealed.

Initial contact was prompt as was the estimate. They arrived on time and were careful not to get any sealcoat on the cement garage aprons. Were courteous and did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

It looks fine. I thought the patches would blend in better. They are rougher and obviously patches. They were good about doing the work on the days they said and were able to do the work while I was out of town. They are nice people and good to work with.

It went very well. The coating on the front stoop was a 3 time process(for drying and setting) I am pleased with the results. Overall a very good job.

They were great. Answered my email request for an estimate immediately. Came out to my property soon after email and inspected my driveway. I had some cracking on my 4 year old driveway from this past harsh winter....I was very concerned how to correct the damage and prevent further damage to it. He discussed this with me personally and gave me a quote. I called to accept their bid and they arranged to come out less than a week later. The two men who came to crack fill and seal driveway came to the door and we discussed the crack concerns. The "foreman" was very professional and knowledgable when discussing my options and what he felt would work best to fill the crumbling edges and crack through the center of the driveways do how it would look after they were finished. I was truly impressed! I was very happy with the finished look of my driveway. The cracks and fill look solid and the overall seal coat was hand spread and looks fantastic. I will be calling them again in two years when it is time to sealcoat again.

The two guys called ahead to tell me they were on the way. They introduced themselves and got to work. They did a great job quickly. They gave me instructions on care of the drive and I was very happy with the service.

Everything went as planned. From the moment I made call to get estimate to the time I arrived home to find all the work perfectly done.

The crew arrived on time and on the agreed-upon date. The crew completed the job in a professional and quality manner. The crew was courteous and professionally. In addition, they explained the process they planned to follow for applying the asphalt sealer. Furthermore, they outlined future maintenance recommendations. I will use this company again

, TRIMMED AND CLEARED THE GRASS FROM THE EDGES OF THE DRIVE, THEN APPLIED THE SEALER TO THE DRIVE BY HAND, NOT SPRAYED ON. GREAT JOB !!!

I have been lucky. They were wonderful. He came back after three weeks to check on it and to see that everything is holding up and doing well. I liked their professionalism, their promptness and the quality of their work. I especially liked that he came back and checked on the driveway two, three or four times to make sure it was going alright.

The experience was excellent. I found them on Angie's List, they were an A rated company, and I was glad I found them.

His quicky estimate was right in line with a competitor. We are not ready to spend that much. We are stepping back to review our options and to modify work parameters to come more in line with what we are comfortable spending.

Provided a low cost alternative solution to our problem.

I called them for an estimate and by the time I got home from work I had it. I couldn't believe how quickly it came. I scheduled the appointment and they came to fulfill agreement on the day scheduled. There were a few splatters which I had on the sidewalk which are minor given the work that is being done. The driveway looked great! One thing that I appreciated was they cashed the check for the work performed soon after I sent it out. I find it irritating when companies take forever to cash the check you sent them.

They did a very good job. They are very efficient.

They were good about informing on what days the crew would show up to perform the work. The first round of work consisted of tearing out the old section of blacktop and cutting the new expansion areas out of the lawn. They then proceeded to lay the gravel foundation for the new asphalt. A few days later they made another appointment when the asphalt crew was out and proceeded to lay the new and repaired areas. The crews were very good about cleaning up all the debris at the time of removal and also when they installed the new material. Shortly afterwards a crew came by and seeded the areas that were disturbed along the edges of the new work. Finally about 4 days later they scheduled the sealing crew. Once again the crew was very good about getting right to work and cleaning up after the job. You could tell they were very dedicated, the first half of the crew started right away weed eating around the edges of the driveway to get it cleaned off for sealing. They made sure to get all the way around... even where it was just seeded. They wasted no time sealing the cracks and then top coating it. There was no mess created my the application and everything flowed smoothly. I plan on using them again next year when the new work has cured to give everything one more good seal coat.

Not hired, as both estimates were more than I had planned on at this time. Was quick to respond and give me an estimate.
