Everything went great! He spent 3 hours just cleaning the sectional, chair, and audumon, and then he still had 4 bedrooms, hallways, steps, living room, and family room full of carpet to clean, He got finished by 5:00 PM but he did a ta great job.

Dylan was meticulous and worked with efficiency and thoroughness. I was also impressed by the proactive measures that he took to protect the walls and floor from his equipment. The carpet was badly soiled from our dog. but Dylan was able to get the stains out. He also advised me to purchase a lint mitt to manage the dog hair on the sectional. This is my go-to company for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Tony came in, inspected the stain and said he will try to get it out but no promises. By the end of the job, the stain was almost gone (not completely) and he said it may need 1 more treatment. Very pleased with Tony's professionalism and overall experience was great!

EcoSteam got out as many stains in my wool carpet as possible. (Wool carpet is difficult to clean because you can only use gentle cleaners.) I was happy with the stain removal, but some dog hair was left. Eco Steam apologized and offered to refund or clean my carpet again. I declined, since we moved, but was surprised by Ecosteams professionalism and willingness to assist me. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends.

Their work was amazing! They were able to totally save the rug. The work took about a week to get the rug back to me.

My experience was good. The technician moved all the furniture and was here for about 8 hours. He was a nice guy and very professional.

Great. They returned my initial appointment request quickly via Angie's List email. They penciled me in for a week later and asked me to get back with them to provide more details. I'm swamped, I neglected to get back to them until the day before the visit (my bad) and their schedule had started to get squeezed. They did everything they could to work me in that day, bumping me to the afternoon to get it done (else wait a week). One guy, Ken I think, came by himself and was later joined by another guy. For a number of reasons, the job was bigger than anticipated and they just rolled with it. Were here until about 6pm to get it done. I offered them the opportunity to adjust the price, they declined said it was fine. For one thing, the couch deal was for a 7' couch and ours turned out to be 11' :) And our couch had been through the ringer, having sustained us through 3 kids (the early years) and a number of pets. I'm normally much more "on it" than I was in this case and was appreciative of the fact that for once, I wasn't and it still worked out because these guys were so cooperative. I can't really comment on price as I didn't shop around. I later saw that (and it's really in the name) it's an ecologically conscious company which is great although let's be clear, I still go with the cheapest typically for these sorts of things. So I'm guessing maybe there is a slight pricing premium, but it seemed very fair and they were great. I'll recommend them highly.

Tony was great. I had a last minute emergency. They were able to squeeze me in and did a great job.

Called when on the way. Was here on time. Reviewed the areas and explained what needed to be done. Helped move furniture and was so sweet to my dogs. Tony is the BEST!!!

They cleaned front, back, cushions (all sides), arm covers and pillows. They did a thorough job, much better than I would have imagined! Took several hours, cleaned up after and explained everything they were doing. Would highly recommend and would have them back to clean everything I had!

Ken was on time and couldn't have been any better explaining how we could help w/pet stains. Extremely professional! Would not hesitate for a minute to recommend this service!

ECOSTEAM picked the rug up and returned it promptly on the day and time we had agreed upon. I think they did a great job. I have used them previously on rugs in the house and was pleased. I will use them again. I have recommended ECOSTEAM to friends and they too were very happy.

It went well. They came when they said they would. Cleaned my furniture. They paid special attention to my concerns with certain spots. They were great!

Tony came early, which was great explained what he was to do and gave me hints to how to keep the floors clean.

Had a very good experience. Tony called just as he left to inform me what time he would be coming. He arrived on time, measured the rooms, gave a price, explained what he would be doing and completed in 1 & 1/2 hours. One stain was not able to come out, but he alerted me right away.

I needed someone to clean my love seats with a completely unscented product. Ken was very responsive and I decided to use my own detergent. Dylan called to tell me he'd be a bit late , showed up soon after and was really excellent. He explained several issues with the detergent, the white coaches,etc... They looked so much better. This company is reliable, professional, and most importantly, very good at what they do. I would definitely use them on a more regular basis.

We were told step by step how it would be done. Also, the length of time to dry etc. Very pleased with everything.

Tony arrived promptly at 9am, finished by 1215PM he was polite, pleasant & efficient.
