We walked through together before starting, Tony explained the process and we discussed areas of concern. After measuring, we went over the pricing and it was just under what I was quoted on the phone. Tony was very detailed in preparing the equipment (mats for tile floor, corner guards, and even a barrier on front door to help keep cold air out). Looks great, thank you!!

As I said, these are great knowledgeable carpet and upholstery cleaners. The were honest, punctual, professional and I am very happy with the results.

In the past we have always rented equipment and cleaned the carpets ourselves, usually with what we thought were decent results. We were absolutely amazed at how much better the carpet looks after this professional cleaning. (And I don't have a sore back from lugging around a heavy cleaning wand and hoses). The process was explained and Dylan went about doing the cleaning quickly and thoroughly. He took just a bit less than 3 hours to complete the job. Now that we did it professionally, we're convinced to do it again next time with this company. Well worth the cost vs. DIY.

We just moved into our new home and noticed carpets needed to clean. Excellent service by ECOSTEAM, Dylan walked through house with us prior to cleaning carpets. Dylan pointed out wear patterns and overall process of service he would be performing. The carpets look fantastic and ECOSTEAM was professional, customer focus and quality for the price we paid. We would use them again. A+++ organization.

I believe that ECOSTEAM is a family owned carpet cleaning company. We found them on a "cold call" looking on Angie's List. We read the reviews and selected them. Very courteous office scheduler who expedited our reservation for cleaning in preparation for an "open house" family event. Service was provided by the son of the company's founder who thoroughly explained his process of cleaning and carpet quality and technology . We found his work to be exceptionally thorough and of the highest quality. He really seemed to care about his work and took the time to clearly teach us about our carpet situation. ECOSTEAM is a pleasant company to work with. I recommend them without hesitation. I will recommend them to our neighbors . We will use them again.

The technicians were very polite and considerate. We appreciated that they explained the process prior to beginning and provided us booties to use until the carpet dried. We were very impressed with the care that they took to protect the tile floor and wall corners from the equipment through the use of dropcloths and corner guards. We had one issue in which paint was scuffed on a banister, but that likely only occurred due to a recent paint job that hadn?t finished curing, and EcoSteam offered to pay to have our painter return to touch it up. We?re quite happy with the experience overall and expect to hire them again.

Dylan was a pro from start to finish. I spoke to him personally about my concerns (our very old dog's "accident" record on the carpet) and he gave me honest recommendations, options, and a tutorial about how dog "stuff" chemically works with carpeting and carpet cleaners. He was in no rush to end the conversation and even gave me further recommendations about places to get great carpet prices, should we decide to replace instead of clean. I decided to book his services and he was at our house within a few days: texted when he was on his way, arrived on time, was courteous and informative, and very self-sufficient. I recommend him highly and would definitely use him again!
