They did an excellent job on the repairs. They did a very good job on the cleaning. They also volunteered to return at no charge within 30 days if I wasn't entirely satisfied. At my request, they did return to address some stains that had re-emerged. They did a great job at that point and none of the old stains have returned. Always friendly and accommodating; on time; excellent to deal with. Also were very good about working around window cleaners who were there on the same day they originally came to clean the carpets. They also were very good in being clear about what stains they could not promise would come out.

The work was very well done by them. They first came out and gave us an estimate. They then came out after a couple of days to get the work done. Everything was done according to the quotation which included even the pricing.

Ken and Paul were very polite and helpful and didn't charge us for Paul's efforts on the stubborn paint stain. They also were very patient about the job turning into a much smaller one than originally requested. The team is very professional, pleasant, effective and reasonable. We would definitely use them again.

Ecosteam did a great job. They were professional throughout the process; from providing an estimate, making an appointment reminder call, and performing the actual work. The were forthright about what was repairable and cleanable and what was not. They explained all steps of the cleaning process thoroughly. Friendly and courteous.

I called to schedule the services and the office staff were very accommodating, especially when I had to call back and change the date twice due to scheduling issues on my end. The day that the service was being performed, Noe arrived and was super friendly and professional and got right to work cleaning the carpets after measuring the area. He worked hard and efficiently on a very warm day. The carpets looked amazing when he was done - like they were new. There were no messes left behind and everything smelled so fresh and looked so clean. Noe even looked up for us on his GPS where the nearest hardware store was since we had no internet connection at the house at the time. Thanks Noe!

They were very on time and professional. They have been very helpful so far. They are going to come out and do the work.

A company representative came out to evaluate the fabric and extent of the damage. He felt that the outcome would not be satisfactory and we decided not to go any further.

Easy appointment and the tech arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned everything. Let me tell you that the stairs, landing and the hallway was disgusting with stains from pets etc. I was afraid the only alternative was to torch the staircase and collect the insurance. The great news is that they got up the stains and made the carpet look like new. They left a spot remover solution with unlimited refills as a gift and promised to come back if the stains reappeared within 30 days. The cost was average after the discount for Angie's list. I would complain more about the price - but we had the carpet cleaned for about 25% less and the results were terrible. So I guess you get what you pay for.

We originally got an estimate and then they performed the cleaning. A week after the clearning, some spots re-emerged and they came back to clean those spots. It looks good now. They were always professional and friendly. They also give an Angie's List discount.

Heather did a great job of estimating the project and getting me on the schedule in a hurry, because I needed to have the carpets cleaned before hosting a big Easter gathering. The guys arrived right on time, walked around the rooms to be done so I could show them any spots and areas of concern, estimated how long it would take and then got right to work. I have 2 toddlers who were home with me that day and the guys couldn't have been more gracious about having "helpers" and needing to work around nap schedules. They wrapped up sooner than they thought, left my house cleaner than they found it and were very professional. Everything looks great (one stain remains, but I chose to go with the green soaps, which tend not to clean as well as the heavy-duty stuff). Ecosteam was a pleasure to work with. They completely "get" the service economy!

Have tried several carpet cleaning services. So far they are the best, higher priced and they do good work, professional team.

Had an area rug removed from our home and brought to their facility for a general cleaning and removal of a graphite stain. There was some difficulty in scheduling the drop off of our area rug and re-shampooing our wall-to-wall carpeting that didn't come clean from the first visit. Also, the graphite stain is still noticeable.

The office person was courteous and thorough. She set up an appointment for an estimate and the estimator came out on time. He was very clear, answered my questions and gave me an estimate that was reasonable. They came out on the day and the time agreed upon. The workers were courteous, clean and quite thorough. They did a very good job. After the carpet dried I noticed a few spots that the cleaning had "wicked up". They had said that that might occur. I called them and they were very responsive, came out and cleaned up the spots. Very quickly. I highly recommend them... professional, thorough, responsive and quite knowledgeable. This was the first company that I used from Angie's List. It was an excellent experience.

Wonderful! Heather, the office contact, was amazing at scheduling and even arranging for 2 crews and a discount (due to house being empty). The crews arrived in time window and worked efficiently until completed. They were all courteous and helpful.

They are very reliable and very professional. They have responsible employees that come out to clean your carpet. They took their time and spent two and a half hours cleaning my rugs. They were very friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better job.

DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY FURNITURE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROMPT.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED INITIALLY. THE OWNER CAME OUT TO INSPECT THE FURNITURE FIRST TO SEE WHAT IT WAS MADE OF, SO THEY KNEW HOW TO PROPERLY TREAT IT. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT COULD DO THE JOB WITHIN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS AND HE SAID HE COULD DO THAT. HOWEVER, WHEN HE GOT BACK TO THE OFFICE AND CALLED TO SCHEDULE, HE COULDN'T COME FOR A MONTH, UNTIL I REMINDED HIM THIS WAS PART OF THE REASON I HIRED HIM. AFTER THEY CLEANED THE COUCH AND IT DRIED, THERE WERE BIG GRAY SPOTS ALL OVER. HE INSPECTED IT AND SAID THEY HADN'T GOTTEN ALL THE DIRT OUT AND THEY CAME BACK WITHIN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS. THERE ARE STILL SOME WATER MARKS ON SOME OF THE CUSHIONS, BUT IT IS BEARABLE. (THE COUCH CLEANED BEFORE PERFECTLY, BUT IT IS OLDER AND PROBABLY WON'T BE SPOTLESS NOW.) MY ONLY RECOMMENDATION TO CUSTOMERS IS THAT HE DOESN'T ALWAYS CALL WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL, SO YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW UP WITH HIM, BUT IF YOU DO CALL HIM, HE WILL CALL YOU BACK. THEY GIVE FREE SPOT CLEANER.
