Went very well. . The gentleman who came to clean the carpets was very professional, took the time to explain the procedure and went about cleaning all carpets., and sofa. I would hire them again.

Cleaning service was very good. Our employees came in the next day and remarked how good the carpeting looks. We had to do this quickly before a customer visit and Ecosteam Now was able to fit us in for an evening visit. Very accommodating. They were even able to remove an old stain that other carpet cleaners were unable to remove in the past. I highly recommend.

It went well. Tony arrived on time and was courteous and considerate. It seemed pricey but I will have to compare to my old service.

Dylan was an extremely personable individual. He fully explained what he was doing with the pros & cons of the different kinds of carpet that are available & ours in particular. The cleaning job was completed in good time with the minimum of disruption of furniture etc.

Did a great job cleaning our carpet, even moving furniture out of the way to clean, then returning it with protective foam or plastic pads so as not to wick up any moisture from the wet carpet. I would recommend them to anyone!

Cleaned carpets well but I had to follow up to get job completed . People that invoiced me were no informed of a great price and tried to charge a higher price.

We have used EcoSteam Now numerous times in the last 6 or 7 years. Today's service was like every other time was terrific.

Tony was here ahead of the time given and was very efficient in getting the job done.

Bought a special offer to have an 8 x10 area rug cleaned. The owner picked up my rug at my house, explained how the rug would be cleaned and promised a turn around of two weeks. Two weeks later the rug was returned and laid back down in my family room. This rug has never looked so good, at least not in a long while. I would not hesitate to use them again for any of their services. This is a great company and I would not hesitate to use them again.
