They were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them. They were excellent and very professional. They were reasonably priced. We were just delighted and would use them again.

The serviceman called 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time. Reviewed what was expected of him. Told me what he was going to do. Worked independently without interrupting me. After he cleaned the carpets, he explained the drying time, provided a free spot cleaner. The serviceman was very professional and friendly. He had to work around painters I had painting in the house and cooperated fully with them and didn't interrupt their work. Overall, I was very satisfied.

It went very well from the first phone call to the completion of service.

The estimator was great. He was patients, he looked at all the trouble spots, he explained the system and why they would do a good job. He noted that you have many choices, they can mover furniture, use scotch guard or not, or you can move furniture. He called when he was on the way to the estimate and arrived on time. The service called a day in advance to confirm the cleaning, the truck driver called inroute when he was held up in traffic. The actual carpet cleaning technician was clearly explained what he was going to do and was well trained and efficient.

Went great. Very responsive, called the day before as a reminder, and called that morning. The guy did a fantastic job, explained everything well, and even left me a bottle of spot cleaner. I've already recommended them to a friend.

Everything went fine. Our only complaint was that on Angie's list webpage - it lists a 20% discount but they said that they would give us only 10%. Their prices are higher than average but you get what you pay for. I just wish they would honor the promised discount.

They did a good job -- the carpeting looks good, and they got out more stains than I thought (carpeting is pretty old and worn). During the estimate, they were careful to manage my expectations about what they could accomplish. Dylan missed the first estimate appointment, although when I called to see where he was he was very apologetic and offered to come right over from home. Hey, mistakes happen, and he was prompt for the next appointment and for the actual work -- actually calling ahead to see if he could come early. The carpeting looks great, they took care with my furniture, the buckle is gone, and there's no lingering chemical smell. I would definitely use them again -- not as cheap as a Stanley Steemer, but I felt comfortable with the team that came to my house.

The scheduling was very timely and they even managed to come earlier than expected as requested. The cleaning was very thorough and the service provider gave me recommendations on how to best care for the carpet. I was even presented with a surprise gift at the end - a never-ending bottle of carpet stain cleaner! Will definitely use in the future.

Contacted Ecosteam and they picked up right away and scheduled a pickup time for the rug. They showed up on time and they were very professional. The quoted lead time was 2 weeks to be returned. After 2 weeks, I called and they needed another week or so. Ecosteam returned the carpet and it smelled clean, although after they left, I unrolled the carpet and could see some surface debris, including cat hair, they had failed to vacuum up. Surface debris was easy to remove by vacuuming myself. I would have preferred the carpet come back pristine, but at least it smells clean again.

They were quick with an estimate, they allowed me to change the service date with no problems and they showed up on time and did a great job. The carpeting had a few spots in places and I don't see them anymore. I would definitely use them again.

I was trying to have carpet cleaned after I purchased a new house and before we moved in the next day. They were so accomodating in trying to fit me into their schedule and were willing to come late in the day to make it work. I ended up waiting until after I was moved in due to the logistics on my end and they did a great job. The previous owners had a dog and all evidence of that was removed from the carpet. The bedrooms look like new carpet. Also, when they cleaned the carpets in my previous house, they were able to fix a bleach spot on the bedroom carpet so that you would never know it was there. This was impressive. They may cost a bit more than some of the national chain companies, but they spend much more time doing the work and the end product is much better. I will continue to use Ecosteam.

Ecosteam cleaned our living room and stairway carpets plus the tile floor in the kitchen. This is the second time we have used them. They do a fantastic job. We hope to continue on a schedule of cleaning twice per year using Ecosteam.

They were a little pricey, but what can you do when you have a flood in your basement? We would use them again, but hopefully we won't have to. We were very lucky to get them because everybody was flooded.

Great Customer service. Detail oriented, over the phone. Gave a good rundown of services that were offered. Appreciated their Eco-friendliness. Shared that I had a small mildew spot where we had a water leak. Prompt service on the day of their appt. Thorough, very clean, did a great job! I will definitely be using them again!!

I booked the appointment with Dylan on a Monday. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He made the appointment for the upcoming Saturday which fit best for my schedule. He gave us a window of 8am to 10am and said the technician would call when he was an hour away (he was coming from Barrington to North Aurora). No one called that morning but Jay did show up right at 10am, which worked out perfectly for us. My fiance and I were unpacking the POD in our driveway and had brought in a really heavy dresser. We got it as far as the foyer when Jay showed up. We told Jay we needed to get the dresser upstairs and out of his way so he offered to help my fiance carry it upstairs since I couldn't do it. That was awesome!!! Jay walked around and viewed the rooms we needed cleaned. He explained what he was going to do and go right to work. I was kind of surprised he didn't take his shoes off or put booties on as he was cleaning carpet. I could have asked him to but I didn't want to be a pain. He finished the job in about an hour. Then he went over the drying time and gave us a little goodie bag with coupons and booties to wear if we had to walk on the carpet. He also gave us a bottle of stain remover and told us how to get more when we ran out. It was the first time we had actually hired someone to clean our carpets. We usually do it ourselves but the Bissell broke! We are very happy we called Ecosteam and would definitely call them again if we need carpets cleaned.

Could not have asked for more! I feel so informed, but hopefully my basement won't take in water ever again!

We had previously used larger companies to have our carpets cleaned, but often felt they did not spend the appropriate amount of time on our carpets and left many stains behind. We gave up on these companies and bought our own carpet cleaner. However, that was short lived with two young children and a lot of carpet to clean. We read Ecosteams reviews on Angies List and contacted them. After our free quote, they returned a few weeks later to clean the carpets. Paul arrived on time and was very curtious of our house and my time. He reviewed the price, walked around the house to identify my specific concerns, and gave suggestions even before he began cleaning. Once the cleaning began, I was very comfortable with him in my home, so left him alone until he was finished. After several hours, Paul found me to show me his work. The carpets have NEVER looked so good...including after larger companies cleaned them. He apologized for not being able to get out two spots of paint that the previous home owners had left behind, but got every little spot out off the carpet. Truly, the other companies claimed these spots were impossible to get out...yet Paul somehow got them out. I will use them for the remainder of my carpet cleaning years. I could not be more pleased. Their prices are slightly higher than the "major carpet cleaning companies," but truthfully, this is nothing in comparison to the time he spent and perfection he achieved when he was done. (They also provide a monthly newsletter with coupons, so if cost is an issue -simply wait for the coupons.)

I called about two weeks prior to the day we wanted to do the work. Heather was extremely helpful in scheduling the appointment, and also in arranging for Dylan to come by that afternoon to give us an estimate. Dylan is very knowledgeable about carpets of all kinds, gave some good advice, did measurements and give us an estimate. It was fair price. The technician came on the date agreed at the time we had agreed. He worked in a professional manner and cleaned up after himself. The end result was most satisfactory. What few spots re-emerged, we were able to take care of with the cleaner we had been given.

They did a pretty good job and my experience with them was fine. They gave me a great discount and part of that was for me to rate them, and I fully intend to do that. They came back to fix some mishap that happened during the course of their work. It was nothing major, but they followed up quickly. They had great expertise. They were knowledgeable about the materials and skilled at what they did. I got great service from Ecosteam.
