Fantastic job. Everything looks great. I like the fact that everything they use is kid and pet-friendly. When they left, they gave me a bottle of spot cleaner to use. I don't really know how expensive they are, because I didn't do any comparison shopping.

They did a very good job of cleaning. Not everything came out, but I'm still perfectly happy. I will use again.

I thought they were very good. They had a guy come in. I didn't have any furniture so I didn't have to have anything moved. He was very friendly. I had painters in the house at the time so he worked around them. He cleaned the rugs and applied the special thing for the spot I had in the rug. He took care of everything. They came out and they were prompt. The price was reasonable.

This was my second time using. Ecosteam- and another great experience. Paul, my technician called me (per my request) an hour ahead of arrival so I didn't need to waste my time just waiting. He did a wonderful job. Great, professional company doing quality work.

These people are GREAT!. They came out to give us an estimate and one week later showed to do the job. They were on time, friendly, knowledgable and very accommodating. We had 4 Bedrooms, hallway and stairs cleaned as well as tile in 1 Bathroom and 2 entry foyers stream cleaned. Our carpet and tile looks like new. Great company to work with. Will use them again for sure!

They were excellent! They came out to the house the day after providing us with an estimate. They were prompt and efficient. They all moved a lot of our boxes around and cleaned as much carpet as they could. Overall, they were very efficient and cost effective. I plan on using them again the next time we need our carpets cleaned!

The technician was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me that if my thin chenille area rug was steam cleaned it may ripple, so he used a different product, which worked great. I appreciate all the info they leave with you and the free bottle of spot remover!

I couldn't even believe the difference in the carpet when they showed me half way through! The whole carpet was just a gross yucky color. I didn't realize how dirty the whole room was until I saw it next to the portion that was cleaned! Every single spot came out - even in the walkway into the room! I had this room cleaned a year ago with one of those "$6 a room when you do X number of rooms" coupons. Spots came back through after a short amount of time and I don't think it ever looked as clean as it does now! EcoSteam did a MUCH MUCH better job! My carpet is beautiful again and now I don't constantly feel like I need to run out and get it replaced! I did think $150 seemed like a lot to clean one room but I would definitely pay it again, especially since I can compare it to the cheaper time last year. I have to admit that I didn't call around too much for comparisons so the price may well be competitive. I went with EcoSteam based on the reviews on Angie's List. I will most definitely have them back out to do the carpet in other rooms.

Met with Dillon regarding the work to be done as well as an estimate. He was very professional, and thorough. We were very pleased with the customer service, work completed, and the price. The work is guaranteed for life. It can also be transferred when the condo is sold as well. This was also very important to us.

Job went very smooth from start to finish. They were a little late to start, because the normal guy called in sick, so the manager hopped in the truck and did the job himself. Plenty of explanation of the process before he started, updates during, and a wrap-up following the cleaning. Also made several suggestions on handling things like a previous carpet stain, carpet tufts that were coming up, and a rough transition between carpet/tile. The amount of time needed was exactly what was quoted. Very professional. Was a little more expensive than some of the alternatives - but you get what you pay for. This was a job well done, with non-toxic cleaning agents - safe for my young daughters and pets. I was very happy overall, and will definitely use this company again.

The guy that gave the estimate said what he was doing to do and gave us a price. We set up a time and they came out and said what they were going to do. The carpets really do look good and we are pleased with the service. The two people that came out were very courteous. They didn't slop around and they took the time to do it right. They were aware of not banging into things and all that. They took care. He said there were other services they could do but it wasn't a hard sell and we appreciated that.

They did a fantastic job! My carpeting looks brand new. They were very responsive with providing an estimate, and arrived early on the day of our appointment. I think they are very professional, and I will have them come back in a few weeks to clean my upholstery. I'm very happy with them.

Our experience was very positive. The person I spoke with on the phone did a great job and because it was a smaller area of carpet and we knew the dimenstions we didn't need him to come out and do an estimate; this saved time. The tech was an excellent rep of his company - professional, courteous, explained what he was doing well. I can't check carpet more thoroughly yet as it was just done and isn't dry yet, but from what I can see it appears to be very clean. The Berber in particular came out much brighter and cleaner than anticipated. Really pleased.

Dylan initially came out to discuss the job. He took time to go over every aspect of what Ecosteam could provide and what I could expect in the way of results.He explained how all of their technicians are trained--and it is impressive. You know you will be in good hands with people who know what they're doing. He left me with an estimate and a folder which thoroughly explained various cleaning packages and additional information regarding their service. Yesterday, carpet technicians Jay and Paul came to do the work. They were just great--and I am very pleased with the results. The family room carpet and light colored sectional sofa had so many spots--and after cleaning they look almost brand new! They were careful, and really wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with their work. I was and I am! I will use them again, and highly recommend this company. They were extremely friendly, professional and helpful from my first phone call to the job completion. A nice additional bonus: they gave me a bottle of cleaner I can use on carpet and upholstery between big cleanings--and they offer a free lifetime refills of it. How awesome is that?

Professional, expert, carpet was full of food stains. He got them all out - room looked great. Very happy! On time and was willing to move out my dining room chairs.

This is the second time I have used this team, and they are very good to work with. They are professional, punctual, and take pride in their results. I had just completed a bathroom remodel, and my carpets were in need of cleaning. They had my records from their last visit, and were able to tell me (by room) how much it would cost for the cleaning. They also provided (without me asking) an Angie's List discount. Once we understood the price, we scheduled a visit. They were on time, and the carpet technician was excellent. He assessed every stain, and determined one stain would be particularly tricky and it would be unlikely that he could eliminate it completely. After cleaning all the carpets, he attacked said stain with a number of techniques. After a few tries, he was able to vastly reduce the stain. His professionalism and effort were excellent. As mentioned, this is the second time I have used Ecosteam and both experiences were very positive. I highly recommend Ecosteam for carpet cleaning.

Jay came over to clean a rental property of ours. If you know anything about rental properties, they often get abused. There was paint spilled on the carpets from the tenants painting, deep dirt stains from their 3 little boys, among other numerous stains. The carpet was spotless when he finished! I thought that would be impossible! The best part was that he was able to remove paint from the carpet that was there for over two years! Want to be impressed...hire them!

We had lots of pet and other stains. They did a beautiful job. I'll hire them again.
