We were delighted with the overall experience. Dylan the technician was extremely knowledgable about his trade and very professional and explained in great detail what to expect and the after care before he even began the job. We have white carpets so our expectations were very modest as to how well the carpet would look after the cleaning but were very surprised how beautiful they look after the cleaning. The day after the carpets were cleaned some of the more stubborn stains reappeared which Dylan informed us might happen. I called Ecosteam again and they came out again without any hesitation and cleaned areas whet stains reappeared. Once the stubborn stains were cleaned a second time, they did not come back.

I called for an estimate, I was able to give the measurements of the rooms and number of stairs over the phone and received an estimate the same day over the phone. The truck was suppose to come on 2-27-12 but, there was a problem with the truck breaking down. I was called the week before and told there was a problem and was there a day I could reschedule, they were willing to keep my appointment if neccessary but, I agreed to the 29th instead. I was told that they would arrive between 9 and 10. I received a phone call earlier around 8 letting me know that they would be a few minutes late. They arrived when they phoned and said they would. The crew was two men, they were very curteous and did a great job. The carpet looked wonderful when they were through and they even got a stain out I had not been able to get out without a problem at no extra charge. They explained if I had any problems or questions I could call and was given a free bottle of stain remover, extra booties to be able to walk on the carpet without soiling it, coupons for future use and a detailed receipt.

The serviceman came and was unphased with the reduction of the job and revised the quote on the spot. He was prompt, professional and corteous. The job was accomplished relatively quickly with no mess or fuss. The company uses environmentally friendly products which I consider essential when you can get it. I give them the highest praise. (Unfortunately I've also found A rated companies perform jobs that should have been given a D rating at best.) This is a company I would not only trust but recommend. They perform at a level businesses should aspire to.

It looks beautiful. He covered our wood floor with tarps. All stains are gone. It did take 3 hours though. But it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years. I would definitely use Ecosteam again.

I don’t remember how much we spent on their services. I think that they did a great job. They were very meticulous. They were clean and they were consultative as well. We will use their services again in the future.

I think they were a little slow in getting my rug back to me. But the work they performed was great. The technicians were very professional and extremely well informed.

Everything went fine. They could not complete the job without rushing so they elected to come back at our convience. We also had a few stubborn spots that required them to come back until we were satisfied. As far as I can remember they had to come back two times for these spots.

Good job overall, but were late to the appointment.

Ecosteam scheduled me on the date I requested, confirmed the appointment the day before, and phoned en route to let me know they were half an hour away. The technician was polite, neat, efficient, and offered helpful advice on treating pet stains when they happened. He carefully moved all the furniture by himself. Although he was friendly, he saw that I was busy and didn't take up any of my time chatting. He was good with the dog (who was of course the reason Ecosteam was here). Because I got their name from Angie's List, Ecosteam gave a discount. A gift bag was left with carpet solutions. Most importantly, the technician (Dylan) did an outstanding job on the rugs.

Overall I had a very good experience with Ecosteam. I am a new customer and decided to try Ecosteam because of good reviews I read on Angie's List. The telephone call to set up the appointment to inspect and estimate the cleaning went very well, we agreed on a day one week later. Ken came out on time and was very professional; answered all my questions and provided the estimate on the spot. Ken automatically gave me a 20% Angie's List discount without my asking for it. While his estimate was more than I traditionally have paid, I decided to give Ecosteam a try. Armando was the carpet technician. He also was very punctual and we walked through the house before he started to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I was surprised that he was by himself as all other cleaning services I have used sent two technicians. Then Armando went to work. He pre-treated the bad spots, vacuumed and steamed. He was efficient, quick and thorough. After he completed the second floor he set up commercial air moving equipment to supplement my ceiling and floor fans to speed up the drying process. By the time he finished the first floor the second floor was almost dry. Throughout the process he would ask me to inspect the job and make sure I was satisfied. I did find one area on the first floor that I asked him to re-do. Armando immediately touched it up to my satisfaction. I am providing this report about one week after the carpet was cleaned. I am still very satisfied. With previous companies, after one week I would notice the wear patterns reappear, but not this time. Ecosteam did a wonderful job and I would use them again.

They came on time the moved all the furniture to get the entire carpet. They explained as they went about trouble spots.

I recently had a dog living with me that shed way more than average dog. The dog is gone, but it just about ruined my upholstered furniture and rug. I have never had the need to have my furniture cleaned before, so I joined Angie's List specifically to make sure I got a reputable company to do the work. Ecosteam had great ratings, so I gave them a call and from start to finish, they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. Since I live on the fourth floor, they used a portable machine instead of the truck/hose and the first time around, the machine leaked and they could not do the job. But, they did not leave any mess whatsoever, caused no damage and promised to reschedule as soon as the equipment was fixed. They were back in a few days and did an AWESOME job on the furniture, rug and floors. I will have them back again if I ever have the need and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Took some time to set an appointment for an estimate for cleaning 6+rooms carpeting, oriental rugs, uphoulstry, tile. After two conversations found a date and time that worked-4pm Monday. Literally flew out of my office early and raced home to be here on time. I made it with 15 minutes to spare-they didn't. At 4:20 called to make sure they were still coming as I had to leave at 5. Was told by Ken that the estimator was running late and would call me right back. No call-At 4:55 called back to Ken and left a message that no one had called me and since this were my first impression, did not think I could have faith they could do the job. When I returned home, had a message left at 5:10 from the estimator that he was on his way-very cheery for someone who is over an hour late, yet no apology for running late-. Nothing is more annoying than taking time off from work needlessly to make an appointment time and have them not show up. We all know crap happens, but if your day is running late, be proactive and give a call before the scheduled appointment time. Either that or set an appointment time within a couple hour window-- Had I known, I could have stayed to finish my day at work and possibly reschedule my later appointment. The estimator did not show up after his 5:10 call, I can only assume that Ken relayed the message I had left 15 minutes earlier--There was no followup call to apologize for wasting my time. We make appointments with times-if sometihing is running late, be professional and courteous and let your potential clients know before the appointed time-not over an hour later--

This is the second time we used ECOSTEAM in the past 6 weeks and were extremely satisfied both times. The technicians called to give notice of when they would arrive and arrived when they said they would. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Due to heavy rains and wind one of the bedrooms had a fresh wet area. Dylan explained how they would treat it to eliminate possible mold growth and what we should do/look for. They even left a fan to be sure that it dried well. A very pleasant and efficient company.

Called to schedule an appointment, spoke with Ken who was courteous and helpful. He provided an estimate over the phone and was able to schedule the carpet cleaning quickly, including accommodating our family's busy work schedule. The stains were treated and removed, the carpet was cleaned, they explained to my husband how long to wait before walking on it etc, and left us booties and a bottle of stain remover. They even took care to explain how we can keep the carpet cleaner longer. A good, easy experience. We would definitely use them again.

Great company to work with. Calls were returned promptly as we tried to set a date/time that worked for us to have the carpets cleaned before the movers came. Personable, competent worker arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and was clear about when to start walking on carpets again. We will definitely use again.

I called Eco Steam based upon their ratings. I worked with Dylan to get my carpets in my rental condo cleaned. Dylan was very professional and explained the process to me. He also explained what I could or could not expect from the cleaning. He gave me some helpful information and based on this, I decided to proceed. Dylan came out with the technician at the scheduled time and proceeded to do their work in a very efficient manner. I was pleased with the results and I plan to use their services for my home carpets in the near future.

I received a thorough explanation of the work being performed and why. The why part is what impressed and educated me on the fine work this company does. The tech was extremely detail oriented and meticulous. I have 4 dogs and a cat. The carpets cleaned up great and the house smells good as new. I'm very happy with the work performed and will recommend EcoSteam to my friends and neighbors. p.s. - I like the fact that they didn't try to sell , or upcharge me for additional products or services.

Our carpets and rugs were filthy after having four dogs romp through the house with muddy paws and bathroom accidents over 10 years. We had spot cleaned and steam cleaned on our own but stains remained, and new ones added. When I called for an appointment, one was arranged immediately on the date I wanted. An estimate was given over the phone at the same time based on the square footage I gave them, and it was similar to other companies. I also said I had Angie's List discounts, and they applied the discounts over the phone, making their services less expensive than other estimates. On the day of cleaning, the crew called me en route so I knew when to expect them (which was at the exact time we had specified for arrival), and they arrived on time. The crew leader introduced himself and the other man working with him, then explained what would happen. I showed him the discolorations in the carpet, and he warned me the stains might appear as the carpet dried, but they would come back out to retreat the carpet so the stains would go away as much as was possible. They protected our hardwood floors while they worked, and wore booties. While the carpet cleaning commenced, the crew leader invited me upstairs to see the difference in the carpet already, and I was thrilled with the result. The cleaning was done quickly, and they were gone, leaving a nice smelling carpet. They took the two Oriental rugs with them. When the carpet was dry, I inspected all the spots where dogs had left their special marks, and found I couldn't see any marks. I was amazed. The carpet, which I had seriously thought about replacing, looked new! Our Oriental rugs returned to our house as scheduled (We were out of town so we waited three weeks to get the rugs back, but they were done within two weeks.) and you'd never know dogs were there. Everything looks new! I appreciated their professionalism, and their clear explanations as to what they were doing with my carpet and rugs.

I was very impressed from the beginning. They were professional and knowledgeable on the phone when I scheduled the appointment and even fitted me in for an earlier day when I described the nature of the stains. Dylan, the technician, arrived on time. He was very careful in my house. In addition to the work he did, I showed him dining chairs with old stains. He was methodical in determining how to treat them. Mostly, I appreciate the honesty. He said they wouldn't be able to get them out and advised me not to waste money trying.

They were very polite and friendly. They did an excellent Job! minimally intrusive and seemed very knowledgeable.

They came in and cleaned our rug. They were excellent. There was nothing I disliked about them. I would use their service in the future.
