+ -1 moreI contacted five contractors to obtain estimates for remodeling my basement. I left a message with the Foran Company to provide me an estimate. I didn't receive a phone call until 4 days after I left the message. Mr. Foran left message saying he was returning my call from "yesterday" regarding an estimate for a basement remodel. I didn't know 4 days constitutes yesterday. He is not getting an "F" for responsiveness and punctuality since he attempted to contact me again. I'm really dubious about hiring a contractor that takes 4 days to return a call.

The costs were exactly what was promised in the estimate. I am planning on using his service in the near future

+ 2 moreThey were always prompt and on time. The project cost came in under the estimate. Over all I am completely satisfied with the finished work. They completely cleaned up after themselves when the projects were finished. Pat is completely honest and a good person. The work was of the highest quality, and it was done professionally.
Description of Work: He installed crown molding, and enlarged a window in our brick house. He also created a paver patio for us as well.

+ -1 moreHe is great. He is extremely responsive, and is easy to get a hold of. The finished product was excellent and he finished on time. He was always prompt and responsive. The workmen cleaned up after themselves daily, so there was no debris around the house. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors and everybody has been happy with his services.

Description of Work: The project was finishing a very large basement 1800 sq ft. Pat and his crew were excellent, and there was immacualte clean-up on a daily basis (Made my wife happy). The origional plans were not exactly as we had invisioned from the designer (Not Foran Co.), and Pat worked with us on achieving exactly what we wanted, and was able to understand our goal and modify the project so we were 110% happy with it. The number came in under budget, and will hopefully be able to use him for any project we have.

Description of Work: Installed shelves and other organizational systems to maximize the space in my garage. Everything was easy to get to and placed in the most practical place.
