Overall very good experience. My only complaint was that they marred up my stairwell wall pretty good trying to get an armoire down from the second floor. They finally heeded my advice to remove the padding from the furniture to get it done the stairs.

Crew showed up right on time and got right to work. No lazy ones on this crew....had two trucks loaded and off to the new house. Arrived and unloaded very quickly. Very efficient crew. Renae and his crew were super. Only regret we had was not giving them more specific instructions on how we wanted boxes placed in the basement. But that is our fault, not theirs. I had a great experience with STI moving! From the start, Kate was so helpful in getting me a binding estimate over the phone and working with me as I packed my things and updated my inventory list. On moving day, Oscar and his crew were on time and worked efficiently to get everything packed. I'm so grateful to them and of the work they did to make my move seamless and stress free.

We used STI for a local move and we couldn't be happier with their service! We read several great reviews about them and decided to give them a call for a quote. We spoke with Kate who was amazing and extremely helpful! She walked us through the whole process and what the costs would be for the move. On the day of the move, the movers showed up at the exact time they said they would be there and completed the job in not only the most efficient manner, but also in the safest manner to ensure nothing would be damaged during the move. All of the movers were extremely nice and helpful throughout the process. On top of all that, the cost was very reasonable! I would HIGHLY recommend STI to anyone looking to move!!

Ten days ago the 3-man team of Luciano, Romero and Tonio (Hope I got your names right, guys) from STI Moving and Storage assisted my mother and I in our relocation from a 2 bedroom to two separate 1 bedroom apartments. They were terrific! They arrived on time--actually slightly early--and were so spot-on and efficient in their efforts that our moving was done well ahead of the 2 and 1/2 hours schedule I originally anticipated. They were also polite, organized and very professional--a great team. Based on this experience, I highly recommend STI Moving & Storage and would use their services again in future if needed. Oh, and also-- a shout out to Adi, my main contact at STI, who was so friendly and helpful as I tried to get everything arranged. (Thanks again, Adi!)

Drop clothes had broken glass in them. Not told of 3% fee added to use credit card.

We had a great experience on our move, we were quoted an estimate based on the size of the apartment and the number of boxes of furniture. Note that the estimate can vary slightly based on the time the actual move takes. In our case, it took about 30 minutes extra, but we were aware of it and didn't mind the extra charge. Our contact person, Kate, was excellent in advising us and answering questions every step of the way, and the movers themselves were fast and diligent and wrapped all furniture nicely for the move. Overall they made the process super easy and stress-free from start to finish. We will definitely use them again. Note that payment is expected upon delivery of the items before unloading them at your destination and there's a 3% fee if you pay with a card. So, as long as you're aware of all the above, you shouldn't have an issue.
