I cannot recommend these guys enough! My movers were right on time at the top of their arrival window! They we're very professional, moved everything super efficiently, and finished in under the time I was quoted even though I added more stuff to my load. I couldn't be a happier customer! I called 5 different companies for a moving quote, and STI was the ONLY company who listened to me and my moving needs instead of making assumptions. They predicted the work to take 6.5-7.5 hours, when everyone else predicted 8-9.5. The best part? The move took 5 hours!!! This speaks the crew’s efficiency, work ethic, and understanding of the job. Each of our items was wrapped and moved with care. Not a single wall, stair, floor, or item was damaged in this process. The crew captain was highly communicative, honest, and direct. The crew was friendly, respectful, and hard-working.
Every company is going to tell you they have a tenured professional crew, but STI talked the talk and walked the walk. I could not be happier with our move experience.

My second time using them and my previous review still stands! They will always be my first choice.
The best moving company ever! Arrived early, professional, worked much faster than I expected, everyone was pleasant and friendly even though I know we were annoying them! My company will be using them again for the next half of our office project and any other projects in the future!

Description of Work: The movers were fabulous, both picking up an dropping off. Real pros & extremely careful in handling everything. |However, their customer service was awful. Calls weren't returned, wrong information given at times, i.e. dates for pick up and delivery, additional fees. Added more stress to the moving experience.

Description of Work: Moved an office from MI to MD. Showed up at the MI location on the day and time they were suppose to. Took good care in wrapping up furniture and taking inventory. Also, were very detaild in the paperwork. Delivery to Md was schedule for a 1-10 day window . They called on the 4th day to deliver the next day. Never heard from them the next day so called the following day and said they would be there between 5-9 pm. They then called back and said it would be 10;45pm. I refused delivery because of the time of night. The driver was a little mad. He then Called back and said he could bring it 1st thing the following day. I agreed to the time. They were there by 8:15 am and everything went well. So overall the experience was good.
