+ -1 moreMr. Lulkin did a thorough inspection and gave us outstanding information about the property. He was extremely knowledgeable, and pointed out multiple things for consideration. I will definitely use his services again in the future when I encounter similar issues.
Description of Work: A house that we were purchasing had foundation and slab cracks that we wanted checked out before closing. We wanted to understand the potential costs associated with remediating the issues.

+ -1 moreMy elderly parents (70 years old) are planning on putting their house on the market. They wanted to have an inspection of their house conducted and the home inspector recommended that Sheffee Lulkin and Associates be contacted to investigate the home's foundation. The company was contacted and the person that answered (assuming it is the owner) was rude in general tone and dismissive/disintersted. Don't waste your time with this person because apparently they don't have time for you as well. Overall poor interpersonal/customer service skills.
