Scheduling was easy. Furnace tech was friendly, knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions. Would definitely hire them again.

Mike D was great. He was on time, replaced the humidifier and fixed other problems with heating system he discovered while there to do the humidifier installation. He was very thorough and left me confident that the unit was in good best working shape. He was very professional and explained and showed me what he did before he left. He left the space as clean as it had been when he came. Overall I was very pleased with Mike D.

It went very well. Henry arrived early and saved me the extra expense of an emergency call surcharge. He was great - very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed meeting him. He was thorough and explained many things to me (this was yesterday). Today I met with Ken to go over my needs and receive a proposal. I do think he suggested the furnace and a/c unit that is best for me. He, too, was friendly and professional. I am purchasing what I need from them.

Bradley Stock was terrific. He did an awesome job assessing our HVAC issues, recommending a solution, and then implementing that solution. I've met a lot of HVAC service providers over the years, and Bradley is definitely the most knowledgeable. Although it is never good news when you need to replace your heater - the guys at Shavitz have been great to work with throughout the process. During the initial consultation and installation Mike and Jose were professional and corteous throughout the entire process. I would trust these guys again for other HVAC needs!

Great family owned company. Did a complete new system in our house. Will, Mike and the crew are awesome. The didn't just slap in the unit and turn it on....the measured it, adjusted, balanced and whatever else most other companies don't. In my past experience with other companies, there isn't the attention to detail that Shavitz provides. Happy with our purchase and confident the Shavitz crew will be there through the long haul if we need them. Our neighbors couldn't speak highly enough of this company...we're on the bandwagon.

I called to schedule; they said they would call me back. They did not. Two days later I called them again. I purchased the service on 10/4; they stated they could not provide the service until December 14. This is completely unacceptable. That is 71 days. I worked with Angie's List to get a refund. I won't buy a service in advance again!

It was great. Will did an amazing job of informing us on what our options were and guided us to the solution that worked best for us and our situation. They were able to install the units within 3 days of us deciding on the option to go with and their crew was amazing. Would highly recommend to others.

The owner Bronson Shavitz personally gets involved when needed and made sure his team came out before lunch to look at my leaking water heater. They got pricing to me quickly and the team was back by mid-afternoon to install. They stayed onsite until almost 9pm that night to make sure everything was perfect and my family had hot water for the next day. Always perfect service with Shavitz. Mirek was the installer and was 100% professional and even stayed after cleanup to walk me through the water heater settings and controls. He went as far a cleaning the screens on the faucets when flushing the lines once it was fired up and working again. Mike D was here precisely when he said he would be (8:00 a.m.) and started to work. He and his helper brought in new parts and took apart the old furnace quickly and efficiently. Then he spent the rest of his time patching the new ductwork into the existing ductwork. Nice job on the metal work; it looks great! I could tell the work was nearing completion when the AC came back on. He had done a couple of spot repairs to the old gas lines, etc. but was completely finished by 2:30 and the furnace is humming along nicely. Great work, Mike.
