Craig K. was excellent. He solved the problem and checked to make sure there weren't any other issues lurking in the background. Craig was thorough, professional, patient and efficient. Both he and Shavitz are highly recommended!

Excellent job! Ernie took time to inspect, drew attention to me what was going to be done, and he did the job. It gave a peace of mind that the boiler is ready for the winter. I hope to have him back to inspect and clean the boiler every year.

Shavitz Heating and AC is always great. We called Monday AM and they worked with our schedule to have someone come between 1-3 PM on the same day. I received a heads up call that the technician was on the way at 1:45 and Craig K. arrived at 2 PM. Craig assessed the problem, fixed the first broken part and when that only partly improved our unit's function he (after asking permission and giving an estimate) continued to search for issues and performed maintenance that we hadn't had for years that has improved our unit's function to better than when we moved in 5 years ago. Service was prompt, punctual and professional - we've used Shavitz before and will continue to use and recommend.

Installation of the new A/C went very well.

Cornelius M. did an outstanding job. His 14 years of experienced showed in every aspect of the job. He arrived on time and professionally handled the entire job from diagnosis to final repair. He explained the repair requirements and all other options in layman's terms, so I understood why each repair was necessary and how each option would boost my systems performance and extend its life. Importantly, he did not upsell. He simply provided the options along with reasonable recommendations and cost. Overall, I was thrilled with the work, and the efficiency in which it was performed. The price was fair and the quality of the work was superior. I was equally thrilled with the outstanding manner in which Cornelius M. conducted himself and represented his company. I would highly recommend Shavitz and Cornelius M., and I will hire them again for my A/C need in the future.

We have a summer and fall check of the furnace and air conditioner. We have a contract with them.

I think this is our second year. My wife is here when they come out and I have yet to see them.

Went very well. Very punctual and professional and repair was affected.

I arranged the appointment, and I have used them in the past. My wife dealt with everything, including paying them. They are always really good. I can't remember what I paid, but its been fair in the past. In the three or four experience with them its been fair, that is why I go back with them. I recall, I guess it would be a lot higher, and they worked around it so it wouldn't be much higher. I was pleased with that. I remember them always being on time in the past. I wasn't home at the time, and it didn't take all day. Maybe a few hours. If I had to ball park it, maybe three to four hours. I don't remember what she said about it. I think about that time, my daughter was born, and its fuzzy. When we had problems with the furnace, it was crazy.

He excels a great job explaining HVAC services in simplistic manner to non-technicial customers. Admirably, services are under 1 hour. Plus, all worksmanship is guarenteed to run better than before. Amazing experience. Will, our consultant and project manager, went above and beyond to answer all our questions. He even brought over portable A/C units for our home until the AC was installed a few days later due to a heat wave. He was available immediately to answer all our questions and was very professional and responsive. The installation went smoothly, one day total. Mike and Johnny (our Install professionals), were great! Highly recommend Shavitz!
