I only had them look at my heating system trying to resolve a problem with noise in the water lines. Mike had a solution and that I would be able to do it by my self.

Very satisfied. Mike showed me the problem and explained what he was doing. He fixed the damage to our central air conditioning unit caused by nesting mice.

Malek was the 2nd company I had look at my central AC. The first company said I needed to replace the compressor & refill with Freon (=$1,800) or replace the entire thing (=$2,300). Mike from Malek looked at it and said I needed 1 lb of Freon (=$135 incl. labor). I had him go ahead and do the work and everything is great (and cool!). Would I use Malek again? Absolutely!!!

i found out that our ac in the upstairs was blowing warm air so I had malek come out to assess the situation. they were there within 24 hours and gave me a thorough report and analyses of the problem. I was concerned that it would be expensive, but after consulting with them they told me a max amount that it would be should they discover any other problems. they recharged the gasses, calibrated some instruments and within an hour we had cold air again. the service techs were very personable, friendly, and informative. we got it fixed just in time for the heatwave.

Malek Heating and Cooling just finished installing a SpacePak air conditioning system in the entire first floor of our 1920's Tudor. Mike, who owns the company, was extremely prompt in giving us a very reasonable quote. What I can tell you about Mike is that he takes great pride in his profession. There was an easy way and a hard way to install our system. Not only did Mike point out the hard way, but he recommended it, as it would virtually hide all of our duct work with virtually no patching / painting. Mike understands that a quality job and positive referral, is worth much more than rushing a job and hoping for the next one to pop up

MHC did a terrific job replacing a dead gfa furnace in a difficult space. Mike was incredibly responsive (he answers his own emergency calls!) & his guys were punctual & thorough. The work wa excellent & his price reasonable. You owe it to yourself to ask for a bid on any major work.

nice and professional service. Michael, the owner, came to evaluate my situation and spent at least 2 hours checking the old furnace. he recommended a new one and i agreed with him. the installers arrived on time two days later and were very pleasant to deal with. michael, came twice to check the job, and made sure that everything was done right. after we installed everything and started running the furnace i noticed that the humidifier was not kicking in. my humidistat was not working properly. michael offered to come the next day and install a new humidistat free of charge. i also got a 2 year maintenance free contract with them.

It's a great experience to have Mike to repair our furnace. He is truely an expert.
