On 1/5/12 I had TDH Mechanical Inc., come and repair the furnace. So I called them. They told me that they could not come out today, Sunday, January 22, 2012. I said I needed heat. He became silent. No we weren't in the midst of a blizzard or anything. No excuse he just said they couldn't come out today after I had worked with them 2 weeks earlier. I went on Service Magic, listed the problem and within an hour Mike from Malek Heating and Cooling called me. He asked me what the problem was. I told him. He told me to go outside and check my side vent. I sent him pics he responded and voila I got heat. He's now my go to guy!

Mike and the Malek team are #1 in my book. They worked over a 3-day period without charging extra on trying to salvage my 20+ year old AC unit that had been running on borrowed time as it had been leaking in the past. This they did in the midst of the Chicago heat wave!! The unit eventually did have to be replaced and they provided a brand compatible with my furnace at the most competitive price. They even stayed until 11PM at night to meet a deadline for a showing by my Realtor. These guys are professional and honest. I highly recommend them!.

WOW! Great customer service, and competitive pricing. We called them when we moved in to our new condo to come and replace a motor that the inspector had recommended we replace. Mike came out the same day I called and agreed with the inspector's findings. He took it upon himself to check up on our warranty for the unit because he noticed it could possibly still be under warranty. The next day George came out and replaced the part and did routine maintenance on our unit. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He even trimmed back the bushes near our AC unit! I will most definitely be calling them again for our heating/AC needs!

Our Central Air conditioner was not working. I was out of air for a week. I was looking on the internet for a reliable company. Then I found Malek Heating and Cooling. I was reading their customer reviews. They have all 5 stars rating. I called them 6/07/2011 around noon. Mike called me back. He said he will come late at night. Mike came and fixed our air conditioner. Mike said he will come back the next day to replace our thermostat.I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling services. They are very reasonable compared to other companies out there. George and Mike are very nice guys! Thank you very much!

This outfit is A++++. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. George is a diligent worker who took obvious pride in doing his work. He did his work with professionalism and he cleaned up afterwards. Well Done!!!!

Had one issue where they had to come back to check on the humidifer, but they were quick and response, and have been very helpful, both in person and via Email.

The repair man called to say he could stop by that same evening (no extra charge). After looking at our furnace for quite some time, he simply turned the switch off and restarted it. It's been working great ever since! He didn't charge us for the service call. He said to call back if the furnace stopped working properly again, which we haven't had to do. I would absolutely call Malek Heating for future repairs.

I contacted Malek Heating on a Saturday morning. There was a problem with my hot water radiators and I wasn't sure what it was. He was very flexible with scheduling and came out on Monday after I came home from work. He anaylyzed the problem within minutes, and came out the next day with the parts and fixed it. I was totally satisfied with Mike Malek. He was friendly, courteous, respectful, and very professional. He didn't try to charge for things I didn't need, performed the repair as scheduled, and for a reasonable price. I would recommend him and his company to anyone. My particular problem was no heat to hot water radiators.
