In March, Mike replaced my 60 year old circulating pump plus a couple of other jobs that needed attention. One May morning I saw water dripping from my dining room ceiling. I went upstairs to investigate and realized that the radiator above the dining room was the cause of the problem. I called Mike and left a message at about 7am.. He promptly returned my call and agreed to come out. He arrived within 30 minutes. He was able to stop the leak so that I could go to work without worring. He said that he could come back later to replace the valve which he did. He wouldn't accept payment until after he'd replaced the valve. FANTASTIC!

Mike came to the jobsite and was able to provide me with an estimate on the spot. I accepted his estimate and the work was done on schedule and under budget. I would use their service again.

Mike was quite patient with all of my questions, and actually did a spreadsheet analysis of all my various purchasing options, and the "real" cost of each of them. In the end, after doing a thorough assessment of my current furnace, he actually recommended that I NOT replace the furnace. He repaired the furnace, and it works great. He didn't make as much money by repairing (as he would have if he'd replaced the furnace), but he earned himself a loyal customer.

There response time was so quick. They contacted me first thing in the morning after I had sent a late-night e-mail. And the service was very friendly.

Tech, inspected furnace, cleaned & tested. Would recommend Malek to anyone needing furnance serviced. Good company to do buisness with.

I needed tune-ups for two furnaces, one which also needed repair. Right from the beginning Mike was very professional, corteous and prompt. I requested his pricing and an explanation of what was included on the tune-ups. He emailed all the infor & allowed me to take my time, not pushy at all. I hired Malek & scheduled a service call that same week. Both furnaces got tuned up & the one furnace that needed repaired was fixed. Fixing that one unit was a challange, but Malek did not leave until it was done, it took almost all day. Later Malek followed up to make sure everything was working ok. I will be keeping Malek on my speed dial.

I cannot say enough about Mike and his Company! I am normally very suspicious of contractors and I always feel like I am being set up. This could not be further from the truth in this case. Mike came on time, gave me an estimate for the work, (free of charge) gave helpful suggestions for parts and materials, finished the work on time, walked me through what was done in terms I could understand, and even offered to come back when all the other disasters of the house were taken care of and run the system, Just to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work and to give me a couple of days to think of any questions I might have. I WAS FLOORED with the customer service I received from this company and would recommend them to anyone and everyone I talk to. THANKS AGAIN! You are really one of a kind! Outstanding!

We recently needed to select an HVAC contractor to complete some home inspection punch list items prior to a pending sale. Mike Malek called to offer their services as many Service Magic contractors do, but then went the extra mile. Mike offered to stop by our home to assess the situation at no charge (unless obviously there were issues found with our system) since they had work already dispatched in the neighborhood. Making the connection between our pending request and working it into an already planned schedule in the area was great foresight on Mike's part and made my selection an easy choice. I'll happily use Malek again for future work

He has done several things for me. The a/c was on hold until we could get the ceiling redone by us, he came back right away when we called. He is very reliable, has good follow up, returns calls. I asked about how to handle another problem, he gave me references for the work. He is just a great guy, very hard worker. SPECTACULAR, WONDERFUL.
