+ -1 moreJob was part of the city 50/50 project so the timeliness and cost of the project are not applicable to the work done. The quality of the work was, though, poor. Concrete poured was uneven and poorly finished. No sealing work was done though this may have been part of the 50/50 program. During existing concrete removal, damage was done to the adjacent curbing and the damage was not repaired. We had no choice but to use Schroeder as they were the sole provider of concrete services under the Evanston 50/50 sidewalk program. We are, however, having more concrete work done and would certainly not consider Schroeder as a contractor for this work.
