STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Total scam of a company and individual. Matt is a total scam artist. The day I was supposed to move, they were 3 hours late, I cancelled the move. When I rescheduled, he assured me they were lic. ins. and bonded. His "movers" damaged nearly all of my furniture (night stand, 2 dressers, kitchen table). When I reached out to him, he said he would handle it the following Monday and told me their insurance would cover it. When I called with the info, all of a sudden I was the one lying and he allegedly contracted out my move to another company, to which he never gave me the name or the contact info. He and his company are liars and scam artists. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND.

Don’t even waste your time! Matt and Samson movers as a whole is a scam!! This is not a legit moving business. He will scam you! No accountability

I was given a quote over the phone of $112 per hour for 3 men and a truck. They estimated that the move should take 6 hours and cost approximately $800. In the end I was charged over $1800. Samson was late for both moves. They arrived (7) hours late for my first move and were so late for the second phase of my move that it had to be rescheduled for the following day. Once they arrived, the movers were so slow and disorganized that they suggested I hire an additional mover at $24 per hour if I wanted to finish the move in one day. In addition the movers were also unhappy with Samson Management, saying that the majority of Samson's trucks were broken down due to several recent traffic accidents. They also complained that the Samson dispatcher frequently lied to them in order to "get them to show up" for moves when they were running late.

We have used Samson in the past and have always been pleased. We used a different company at one point and decided to go back to Samson. They are ALWAYS on time and sometimes early. They moved quickly and always finish earlier than they estimated.
