Prompt, great communication, cleaned everything up, very competitive bid, highly responsive; the guys doing the job were courteous did a quality job. also did some repair on external window and facia aluminum wrap. They were fast and it looks great

Workman was responsive and quickly completed the work. I had 18 windows wrapped with aluminum.

Planning and following through was very easy. Did spot tuckpointing. Did a nice job. I would recommend getting the details written down for the project. Do not rush the process. The workers did a nice job and cleaned up the site the same day.

Royal installed aluminum trim over existing cedar. They repaired damaged cedar first. Trim looks wonderful. Price was right. And they cleaned up everything before they left. Very pleased. Royal also prepped, primed and painted the front cedar entrance to match trim and it looks great.

Work on our chimney was done very professionally. Great clean up afterwards. I still think that the work was great, but they were going to get back to us about a small problem and so far nothing has been done. Over 2 months. Still waiting.

The crew he had come out did an outstanding job as I needed 9 courses of brick on my chimney ground out and tuck pointed along with various areas around the house needing tuck pointing as well. I am a new home owner that purchased a single family in December of 2022. Although I had a pre-sales inspection done, the first Chicago winter in the house took a few known problems and made them urgent. Stan and the Royal Construction team came into my life at exactly the right time. I trusted the company to rebuild my chimney, tuck-point the brick throughout the building, seal the foundation, build me a new roof and completely replace my front door entryway (rotted with water damage). They did a magnificent job, mindful of my time, budget and the urgent nature of the projects. In addition to the owner, Stan, I want go give a special shout out to Natali, who was kind, professional and kept me updated throughout each job. Would I recommend Royal Construction to my friends and family? I already have! My realtor has engaged them for a job next week. And if you have any sort of construction issues in your home, I encourage you to make contact. The work wasn't cheap, but I'm positive I would have paid a lot more elsewhere, for lower quality work.
