We had some scheduling difficulties. They didn't come out when they were originally scheduled and everything was a little mucked up, but when they came out, they were good. When I had an emergency, they were able to bring out somebody really quick. They are probably not the most punctual folks under the sun. They did what they said they were going to do, which is always a great start.
Description of Work: They a furnace check-up/routine maintenance under contract.

I made an appointment with Robinson 2 weeks in advance for a furnace / duct check and they never showed up. I left a message to try and schedule a follow up appointment - and they never returned my phone call.
Description of Work: Robinson never showed up!

Terrific, prompt and well priced
Description of Work: Replaced AC Unit. Bill came on Saturday for an annual AC check up and recommended a replacement unit. His installer was there promptly Monday morning. The current heatwave is creating big demands, long waits and expensive pricing. Not with Roninson Furnace.

Robinsons appear to work 24/7, and without a big upcharge for turning out on a Saturday. (The initial visit was $65, but even that was absorbed in the final bill). We were very happy with the punctuality and professionalism of the various workers, as the old furnace was removed, the new one delivered, and installed.
Description of Work: We had a problem with our furnace that came to a head, at 8am on a Saturday morning. Mike arrived as promise, within the hour, and diagnosed the problem. We needed to replace the furnace. A new furnace was installed and working by 5pm.

WE FOUND THEM IN THE PHONE BOOK AT 8:00 FRIDAY EVENING. OUR AC UNIT WENT OUT ON A 90 DEGREE NIGHT. THE TECH WALKED US THROUGH THE SOLUTION AT NO CHARGE EVEN THOUGH WE HAD NEVER DEALT WITH THIS FIRM BEFORE. WE ORDERED A SERVICE CALL ANYWAY (NO PRESSURE TO DO SO FROM THEM EVEN THE PHONE INSTRUCTIONS GOT OUR UNIT RUNNING AGAIN). THEY ARRIVED THE NEXT MORNING CHECKED THE UNIT OUT, ADDED FREON AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. THEY WERE GREAT.
