We recently experienced a water leak due to a cracked pipe of our toilet water line. We called RB Plumbing and they were very prompted since our whole house water was shut off. Once pipe was identified they were very quick to repair and get our water back on. We will definitely use them again.

They were going to do work without turning off the outside water supply. They couldn't find the cut off. I had to get the city to fix the water cut off so any work could be done safely. We had another plumbing emergency and their estimate was very high so I did get the work done.

Will and Nate were great. Both were very informative, professional and efficient. This is the second time we have used services from R.B. Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. and we will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Ruben and his crew arrived on time I had explained the problem that the toilet and tub was backing up.He explained that there would be 2 outcomes either a broken pipe or just roots so when he ran the pipe if roots came out it was good if its mud it's a broken pipe.Thank God it was only roots he ran a large blade and showed me the roots in the pipe he cleared them and all this was done in the basement and recommended possibly put a clean out valve outside but I was good for now and his explanation made perfect sense but he was not being pushy in anyway as he said consider it. This is the second time I have used him he's pleasant personable and very professional.I highly recommend him he's awesome

The job went great! Ruben and his crew were professional, courteous and responsive. We were very happy with their work.

He came in, kept the house clean with shoe covers, which was appreciated. He discovered the problem within a minute: the float switch on the sump pump failed. It was a simple piggyback switch. The serviceman recommended replacing the pump and quoted a very high price ($875). I instead was able to replace the float switch myself for $20. Overall the plumber seemed knowledgeable and somewhat skilled, but he also tried to unnecessarily sell me hundreds of dollars of services I did not need. Beware.

We have an old house (1956) and needed to get water for the front-we had a sealed off pipe to the garage that had faucets at one point, but it needed to be added-and quickly as we had an original plumber scheduled but they bailed at the last minute. I went on Angies list and found RB Plumbing-great reviews-i called Ruben and he was very nice and helpful-he set up the appt for the next morning. My wife stayed home to handle the project. Both of us are exacting and details matter to us when having work done. RB sent two men, Nate and Ritchie. They were excellent! My wife called and noted how professional they were, explained what needed to be done, went and got the correct parts, showed my wife a better way than we were thinking of setting it up and also carefully and quickly explained how they had to cut into a room wall to change pipes. The entire project was done in about 2 hours, completely cleaned up and we have a great new water system set up so we can do our landscaping in the front yard along with cleaning in general. We could not be happier with our choice of RB-they came quickly, did the job perfectly and were very professional about their work-they obviously take great pride in the work they do and it shows! An added plus, the pricing was very reasonable for the work and they have a discount coupon on Angies list, so we saved even more. Absolutely recommend RB for any plumbing work

I called R&H this morning because we noticed water damage in our basement ceiling. Someone was able to come out 2 hours later. They examined all the pipes to assess the source of the leak. Turns out it was a faulty wax ring seal. They changed it and cleaned up.

They cracked the tank and I ended up not being able to get a replacement to match and had to install a new one and new sink to match. They didn't offer to replace the toilet tank for me cause it was an old fixture. They did offer to install the new toilet for free, but not the new sink. When we got the sink we argued about this, and they finally did install the sink for me, but it was not level. When I brought that to their attention they said that the floor wasn't level.

They inspected the sewer line with a camera to find out why and where it was clogged. They had to remove a bush whose root was completly obstructing the sewer. They got the village permit and called JULIE. They removed the root that was blocking the sewer line and repaired the sewer line. Everything was done on time, very carefully and preciselly to prevent any damage to the concrete surrounding the bush. Mr Ruben Borges and his crew did an excellent job finding out the problem and solving it. This is the second time that I have used this company and I will use BR Plumbing again.

They came quickly to fix the pipe. The plumber not only fixed the leak but removed a utility sink from the garage. I really appreciate his going the extra mile. He did a great job.

Our new water heater (installed by someone else) was not getting enough hot water to the upstairs bedroom. They came and diagnosed the problem and gave a free estimate, a very competitive price. A few weeks later, we called and they came out on a Saturday for no extra charge to install it, very professional, has been working great since.

They should be discussing options with me prior to installation. There were couple of things they did that I would have done differently. As for the punctuality, I don't remember it being the issue. They are a very affordable option and as long as they're super vibes, I think they provide quality work.

Great. Family business that cares for their clients. I called Ruben in the morning after discovering one of my water heaters burst and flooded the basement. Ruben came same day and replaced the two heaters working late into the evening to ensure he got the job done correctly. He and his crew were courteous and professional. Ruben's price was fair and he did not try and take advantage of the situation (i.e., flooded basement, no hot water, needed job done same day, etc.) and gouge me for the parts and labor like some other plumber's that quoted the same job with same materials.
