Description of Work: Rubin did a fantastic job fixing a plumbing diseaster. He was incredibly honest, responsive and professional. What started as a routine sewer line rodding evolved into excavating my basement floor and discovering an unknown sewer pipe that went into my back yard. Rubin and his team made the best of a bad situation. I would recommend him unconditionally.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate and he came the same day. I called the next day to schedule for the following day. He was prompt and professional. I needed the outside spigot reconnected under the kitchen sink. Ruben also put in a shutoff value and only charged me for the part. A+

Description of Work: We just had counter tops installed and needed a plumber to reconnect as well as connect a garbage disposal, faucets and dish washer. Reuben and his team were the best. They responded and were available right away. There work was excellent and they made sure everything worked as well as cleaned up when finished. They took pride in themselves and their work. They know how to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. If you need a plumber call RB.

Description of Work: They fixed a link under my sink, replaced the disposable water filter for the kitchen, and replaced an old shower head. Was a bit surprised that they had to leave to get supplies (would have thought that they would have had everything in their truck), but it did not take them long to get everything and they worked quickly once they came back. They showed up EARLY (which was great) and were very polite. A little more expensive than I would have preferred, but I guess that applies to all plumbers. I'll use them again!

Description of Work: My daughter noticed a wet spot on our basement ceiling where I knew our water pipes were. When I investigated, I found the ceiling to be mushy, wet and ready to rain down on me! I called RB Plumbing explained the situation and set up an appointment for the next day (because of our schedule--not the plumber's). He arrived on time and ready to work. Thoroughly investigated the situation and explained that the issue was not plumbing , but rather tile and shower door issue. He was professional, pleasant and spent the necessary time to explain the situation and what I should request be done by the tile guy. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. He did cut a hole in the basement ceiling (minimal) but covered it so that it didn't look so raw until I could get it drywalled again. Clean-up was great!

Description of Work: RB replaced a pump in the basement that controls sewage (injector pump) and did some general plumbing repairs in our home (dripping faucets, etc.). We needed them to come on a weekend for the injector pump and they were very responsive, clean, efficient and friendly. They covered the floors and their shoes when they came into the house and were respective of our house--no clanging around and mashing into walls, etc! :) They are very honest and really, I see no reason why I would ever use another plumbing service.
