Description of Work: I would recommend these guys to anybody. They did three small jobs for me (dripping faucet in a bathroom, replace valve for an outside faucet, replace two faucets in another sink) and then one job that turned out to be a lot larger (remove and replace old concrete laundry tub in basement, which included repiping the drain line, rodding out the drain line, replacing the hot and cold water lines. The house is over 100 years old. Both the drain line and the trap were lead and difficult to convert to other material). The laundry tub project took two guys a half a day to complete, with both of them working non-stop. They gave me prices up front on each segment of work. They were careful and thorough, cleaned everything up. They will be my plumbers of choice from now on.

Description of Work: A hands-free faucet that R&B installed a few months earlier developed a major drip. R&B made me obtain a replacement cartridge, which didn't fix the problem. Then they recommended that the faucet be replaced under warrantee, again which I had to coordinate. Turns out they had not grounded the faucet properly during the initial installation. A Grohe technician came out and fixed it under warrantee. R&B is always pleasant to deal with, and they come out right away. I will use them again for routine or straightforward work. They've replaced or installed a sump pump, toilets, faucets, and a hot water tank for me. If anything goes wrong, they recommend replacing the whole thing.

Description of Work: Father's Day, after a night of heavy storms--of course our sump pump went out! Called RB--spoke to the owner--so pleasant; said he could be at our home in 45 minutes--arrived in less than 30 minutes--had everything replaced, disinfected and cleaned up in very short order. I have used RB Plumbing in the past and am always very impressed!! Highly recommend!!

Description of Work: We were getting a bad sewer smell in basement. Concerned it might be a collapsed sewer line. Ruben was at our home the next AM, ran a few tests and concluded it was probably root in the line. He ran a roto router from the yard towards the street sewer line, then into the house, several times to make sure it was cleaned out. Within 1 hour was done, and by next day the smell was gone. Used them several times, and will keep on doing so

Description of Work: They fixed leaky spouts on a tub faucet that other plumbers said were unfixable. Because the tub set is original to our 1930's house, it would have been a huge expense to replace, because the original tile would need replacing too. Description of Work: Had purchased a kitchen sink that I needed installed and needed rodding of the sewer lines from front and back outside cleanout. (Front is sometimes a problem, but it is routinely done every 6-months.) Plumber was very thorough and efficient. Cost $195 install sink faucet; and $445 for sewer.

Description of Work: "Wil" came out and found the damaged pipe that was causing water to come into our house. He replaced the damaged pipe. Wil arrived ahead of schedule (and this was on a Saturday) and fixed the problem in around 60 to 90 minutes. I would do business with them again.

Description of Work: Had a leak in the basement that I thought was caused by a bad kitchen drain. RB came out the day after I contacted them and found that the leak was originating from the seam between the basement wall and floor. Further investigation found that the drain to the grease trap/basin was grease clogged. They thoroughly clean/routed the drain pipe which solved my water leak issue. Before they left it was found that the basement floor drain was very slow to drain. What was thought to be a simple routing turned into a two-three hour job. Many surprising objects were removed during this time but ultimately the drain ran completely free. The two plumbers that came out were very skilled and dedicated to fixing both problems, the initial call and the subsequent problem drain without skipping a beat. Have used RB in the past on at least four different occasions, all with excellent results.

Description of Work: I called RB Plumbing to fix our kitchen sink/disposal. They responded immediately and had fixed the problem 2 hours after I made the initial call. Amazing!

Description of Work: They answered the phone immediately and were able to come out that afternoon. They found a minor issue, corrected it and just charged for a $65 service call. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Came to replace a bathroom faucet cartridge. The valve would not come out, but RB was persistent and worked carefully to remove and replace with the new cartridge. He was careful not to mar the sink and left the area clean afterward.
