Great. I called early in the morning, and they were here within a couple of hours. They didn't think the work was very complicated so they charged less than their usual rate.

What I like about this company is that they try to find the cheapest way to solve a problem rather than the most expensive. After receiving a fair price on the rodding I decided to ask about replacing the toilet and also replacing the hot water pipe to the washing machine. In both cases Tim explained the least expensive way to solve the problems. So when I decide to have the work done it will probably be RB Plumbing that does it. I also received a 10% discount as a first time customer

The two people working here seem very competent. They are courteous, professional and responsive, including returning emergency phone calls on weekends. We were pleased with their work, and continue to use their services. Would recommend.

Very responsive beginning with the first call to set an appointment for an estimate. Ruben is courteous and professional. The job went smoothly and done coordinated with several men, thus it did not take very long to replace three toilets. They cleaned up nicely and I plan on calling Ruben for the next plumbing job.

Ruben came to do the estimate. He was great, very polite, punctual and got a quote back to us quickly. But when the day came to do the work, he took off after introducing me to his two guys. We had actually decided to reduce the amount of work to be done, because we felt like there were some things that we would be able to do ourselves. Ruben left the decision on how much to charge us up to the guys working there. (my mistake was not being clear on the price before they started the work) My issue with the service came when they finally turned on the water and found low water pressure. Immediately the guy there started telling me that because we had old pipes, they would need to be replaced. It would probably cost $3,000-4,000, but they could do that for us. Just so happened that Ruben showed up a couple minutes later to check in on the job and asked the guys if he they had checked this and that. Turns out that Ruben turned off the water, took out a filter that was clogged and whoosh! full power water pressure. The actual cost was $0. Then when they were testing the drain, we found that the main drain for the house was backing up. With Ruben gone again, the guy started telling me that really we needed to install a new clean out because the one in the basement really wasn't the best. But he could do it for me, probably cost about $2,500. After 5 minutes of talking about it and me almost agreeing to have him do the work, I decided to have him try using the snake on it, which he would've had to charge me for even if it didn't work. Turns out that it was able to be cleared just using that. Actual cost was $300, which was their full price, I was a little put off by that just because they were already there and would have assumed that there would be some kind of discount because they didn't need to drive out and make a separate appointment of it. Bottom line, Ruben is awesome, very helpful and honest. His guys do very good work, great work and I'm really happy with the quality. But when it comes to dealing with the costs and deciding what needs to be done, I prefer to deal with Ruben.

After receiving a quote from another plumbing contractor, I called R B Plumbing after 6pm and talked to Ruben. He told me he could be out the next day at 4 pm the following day to create a quote. I explained that we were in a rush since hot water service to the kitchens and laundry had be shut off due to a water leak. Ruben was at my door 15 minutes later, provided a quote at less than half his competition, and had a two man crew the next morning at 8 am. The crew was very polite and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Ruben showed up three times during the day to check on progress and to inspect the finished job. R B Plumbing has moved to the top of my list.

Very well. He did it fast and effectively. I had tried clearing a number of times with a snake before calling. He did a good job and I would use him again.

I had a clogged sewage line and I called Ruben and he came out within an hour. It was fixed in about 45 minutes. He was extremely professional, cleaned up after the mess and courteous.

Owner did best to finish up work properly but we should not have had to follow-up to get work completed especially with toilet leaking and tenant not happy about first visit. I will use again but expect better service this time.

Went very well. They were on time and professional. Had to call them back the next week because my powder room toilet started running in between flushes (so annoying and very loud!). They came the next day and replaced the stopper, so all is well that ends well. I also appreciated the fact that they had parts handy on their truck (my toilet could only take a Kohler stopper-no other brand will work!).

Overall, we're very pleased with the service & speed of RB plumbing. I think they could have done better with the price considering he had to do less than he originally thought he had to to. Don't forget to mention Angie's discount!

It went very well. The charges were rather expensive for a simple 45 minute job.

I contacted RB Plumbing based on the positive reports from Angie's List. They were very responsive and, unlike other area plumbers I had used, said they would come out and estimate the cost before doing any work. If I wasn't comfortable with the amount, there would be no fee for the visit. The plumber who came to my home was thorough and very professional. I will definitely use RB Plumbing again.

Tim came out next day, gave me quote, and fix both toilets within an hour. Also gave me discount for being a repeat customer from Angie's List. On time, professional, and 30-day guarantee.

The cause had to be found and repaired. A small portion of the wall in an upstairs room closest to the smell was made in order to observe any leaks in the stack closest to the strongest smell. All three bathroom stacks were tested with smoke pellets and no leaks were found. After testing on all 3 floors, the final diagnosis was a leaking elbow in one of the basement drains that was allowing sewer gas from the main line to seep out and travel up the walls to the second floor. The repair involved removing some of the concrete floor, replacing the leading elbow with a new one, and repairing the hole. The job was done impeccably. Due to the difficulty of the diagnosing, the owner Rueben made sure he was here for the testing and wanted to be here to make sure the job was done well. This company will get all my future plumbing business. We were very very pleased with the repair and the conduct of this terrific vendor.

They were very prompt, actually early, and came on a Sunday. They did not charge extra for a weekend call. They were polite, very neat. They also gave us fre advice on another plumbing issue. I called them Sunday late morning and they were here before 12:30!

Initially we had another guy come out and check our basement. He quoted us a very high price. However RB Plumbing saved us a lot of money. He also found and fixed the root cause. His price was very competitive. He had to cut a hole in the wall and didn?t fix that, otherwise his quality of work was good. He is very responsive. He also cleaned the cache basement.

On Wednesday the bathtub plugged up and after tinkering with the parts myself, I created a total mess which required repair through the icky crawl space. Don't even think about doing it yourself or calling a chain. These guys are really great people and professional. They did great work, cleaned up, were prompt and did everything exactly as stated. The fees were totally reasonable for the work done and even more so for the quality of the service provided. I will use them again soon!!
